There is a little trick to it, as you see on my pictures I have white eyeliner in the corners of my eyes - when you put on makeup like that it looks like your eyes are bigger and more open.
I already have pretty big eyes, I mainly do it because it's hard for me to keep them fully open so I do it like that to make them, well...look more open.
