Lately, I've been watching some of the hentai videos on Fakku.
I've noticed this in a lot of Japanese porn, and not just hentai itself but actual Japanese PORN has the genitals blocked out.
It frustrates me sometimes, and I'd just like to know...
Is their a reason for this, or is it just a coincidence that all the hentai I come across is censored. ._.

This is mostly due to a law created in the Meiji era that prevented the images of genital areas from being shown, it has remained unchanged to this day.
Interestingly enough it is speculated that because genitals could not be shown that tentacle hentai started and can be seen as early as Hokusai's The Dream of the Fisherman’s Wife.
