make some indonesian sambal!
proportions:
chili:garlic:shrimp paste(terasi) = about 10:2:1
add salt,sugar and pepper,and a bit of water.grind/blender it.
add ginger/tamarind/candle nut/brown sugar if you like.
if you couldn't stand the heat increase the proportions of the garlic mor add more sugar.
or you can use it to make some nasi goreng base spice.
