Working on this guy for a few weeks, primed this shit, and did some modifications since some parts are really troublesome (I lost the skulls and the butt part of the Flint-lock).
i'll stop this thing for now, since i ran out of spraycan supplies.
but i will do more work on this guy, and move to the Full cloth attachment some time later. but for now .

How do you modify em exactly?
Just bash kits together and/or leftover parts?
Or you make your own parts?

damn it, it's pretty damn cool! perfectly executed and clean build!
Thanks man, the pics do make some of the dirt pop up, they are not visible with a human's vision though XD, and there are scratches on the white parts, but luckily they are perpetually hidden under the Armor parts, well of course I trimmed the add-on armor parts to avoid scratches, but it was futile. It did work when I did it on my MG FA Gundam though, and that dude is scratch free. I think Bosny is just too thick for this kind of kits which involve slap on armor parts, but I think it would work out with kits that don't have add-on armor options. Otherwise I'm starting to get my grip on the brand. The white is indeed vibrant, but I may explore other brands before I take on my resin Nu Gundam. I read somewhere here that you're starting to use an AB though, looking forward to what you can do with it.
And be careful with that Crossbone, don't play around with the legs too much, even though it's very tempting to make "Rider kicks" with it XD And good luck with the build, I also have a full cloth too, it's been stuck unopened for almost 5 years though >.>
@FOG: Thanks man, that gives me a real boost of confidence. I made some experiments on this kit, such as additional panel lines and add on high impact styrene sheets (similar to pla-plates) , I'm glad people think it looks nice.
@Data Zero: if you don't mind sharing what I know. Well yes, you are correct, you can use left over parts and utilize pla-plates or use roof sealant/molding putty to make or modify new parts. I use a combination of pla-plates, roof sealant and some available extra parts when I want to make or modify something.

did you suddenly want to have your own Crossbone because you saw mine?
and you picked the Fullcloth one?
better make sure the hooks didn't get loose since if you attach the Fullcloth with weak hook,it'll fall off easily.

yes, i admit it, though i had this one lying for 3 straight months now. and never had have the courage to build it, until i saw that epic X-bone you posted.
some parts are very flimsy, i already broke the facemask, good thing that i repaired it, but to lose the Vents. >.<
and freaking skulls too, they are too small, and i remember putting it on this guy.
the next thing i know, it's gone.
thanks for the warning. I'll be sure to glue this guy.

well, what i did was, permanently bond the body to the skinny-ass frame of the X-bone, since it is hollow, and whenever i pull out the Core fighter the back part comes along too.
as for the parts, if there is a need, i create them by myself, but for small parts, i recast those things.

I agree. it's very quite tempting to do those Kamen rider/Char Kicks.
good thing is that this issues are quite easily fixed, a little dab of glue will make this thing sturdy again. i already did those on my F91, hahah.
with that range or articulation. it's very funny to do those kind of posing.
specially with the Sinanju. :D
and i do have an AB, but i don't have my own compressor.
the nebulizer that i was supposed to use will be used on emergency cases.
my brother complained though. hahahah

that explains why you primer it while the face mask is half opened.
how did you lose it?
good thing that i'm able to build mine without having much problems then.

yeah, you sure are. apparently, i was very careless about the face-mask.but the moment i cut it through the gates was so far the most stressing part of building.
not to mention after i put it through the face, it showed the sign of the white lines. and after i adjusted, it Cracked. so i had no choice but to add super glue and some reinforcements. and after that, i tried recasting this, and it became much bigger and bulkier.
i didn't bother to reshape it to fit in the head, because i was afraid that i might break it again and go through the same process again. even though i have the mold already.
the same goes for the forehead where the skulls are attached.
it was a failed attempt to try recasting. so the epoxy got through the hole, and
it hardened, need to adjust it again.
ass for the skulls, i don't know, i know they are secured when they are placed in the kit, but apparently i don't know if pushed it thoroughly or loosely.
or maybe i am just to stressed out that day.

sheesh.
no wonder some of my GunOta friends told me to get the Ver KA instead of the Fullcloth and....who was that famous Korean Gunpla informer besides Gundam Guy and Gunjap?
anyway, from what i heard, that guy apparently gave the Ver KA a higher score than the Fullcloth.
when i bought it,i was completely unaware of that fact and just because i wanted the damn cloak too.
for the face mask part,i have no problem with it but the inside of the mask is a bit dirty since some of the surcafe was too smooth and i just gave it a yellow gundam marker as a base then give it a gold gundam marker just to reliving the memory when i saw X1/X2/X1FC in the Extreme VS which besides being cool can get really intimidating too.

first time owning a Robot Damashii Figure and i choose to get EXTREME Gundam [Type-LEOS] Xenon Face.for paint job, some looks weird with no lining on it but for playability and posing,it's pretty sturdy.
now gotta wait for pre-ordering it's Eclipse & Aios Face in Bandai Premium.
So, Nay or Yay?

pretty much yay if you're too lazy to build your own Gunpla and you're a fan of the mecha itself.

I would had preferred if the weapons on this kit was just sold separately so for those who already have the HG Unicorn gundam, they can just attach the weapons to the kit itself.

The idea would be lovely but im not sure if the HG Unicorn has the hardpoints for the weapon attachments.
Unless the package has replacement parts.
