I finished the Color scheme. A little bit of detailing and decals and i am done.but i am not that yet satisfied. The Red GN Stripes, and Condensers Look Off.
for now, i am currently thinking if i would apply some Gunnmetal Gray on the Psuedo Frame Itself and also use some clear plastic for the stripes.
so far so good. since this guy will be stuck on my Log, i guess i would apply some coat for this guy. since i won't be touching this for a long time.

This is the final color scheme?
i guess so. but as for the Psuedo Frame, Since it is just an HG. i don't know.
Again CnC's Are always welcome.

maybe some decals and a little bit of highlighting would do the job.
thanks for the honest opinion. ^__^
- as a fan. i want to see this guy, even once in my life.

When I was building my HG Zeta Gundam earlier two parts broke. I was doing the last thing, the beam rifle and the tip snapped off into the barrel and broke. I've already contacted bandai about getting the free replacement parts thing. I've also bookmarked the Gundamstore website to check out their low price replacement parts. Does anyone have advice or tips or anything to say on what I should do? I was having a great weekend and then the final piece breaks on me.

FreeOtakuGhost - That Quan[T], That LED, and that Lighting Base. it reminds me of quantum burst. such a shame that the Chest does not pop out.
meanwhile. I cant help but share this.
i guess, Bearguy could have a ton of paintjobs that would work well.

I don't have anything other than weak sauce crazy clue. I'm gonna wait to see if bandai gets back to me. From the other forum where I learned about replacements it takes at most 2 months for the part to ship. They sometimes don't even get a return email.

Tried giving this guy a panel wash.
so i went ahead and did it. though i tried a new brand of paint called vallejo. simply because the nearest hobby store where i am supposed get my supplies, just closed.
good thing about this paint is it is water based, so it's really very easy to remove it. and it's pigment. bad thing though is that you may need to apply a lot of coats.

The thing about Vallejo, it's more for these kind of models.

Their different material.

ahh miniature models, yes, this pigment paints are mostly used for those kind.
but it is also can be used to handbrush certain parts. colors are more vibrant than tamiya if you ask me though.

I miss Lil's hobby store here where I get my paint. Suggestions on how to strip spray paint?lil's hobby store Trinoma branch is closed right? or they moved somewhere out there which i don't know.
for acrylic, Acetone.
For enamel, lighter fluid.
for lacquer- acetone/denatured alcohol. either of the two works fine.

That's too far. :/ i don't want to go that far just to buy a bottle of paint.
as i have heard. they moved back in their main branch in pasig.
meh, better visit Greenhills.
as for TS, i say just use an acetone. it's safe on plastic.
rub it on a tissue or cotton, and let it do the job.

oh well, may be you could use some isoprophyl alcohol. about 50-70%solution.
it may get messy, and it does take a lot of time to strip. if it does not do the work. you should just sand it with a sanding sponge. or 600-800grit sandpaper.
