Took my Unit 4 and 5 and had an idea pop into my head - Unit 5 gets severely damaged/destroyed and Unit 4 arrives too late and discovers the wreckage.



The reason my unit 5 is all messed up is because I got it back in '03-'05, legs broke off from time and the left arm snapped off when I was trying a few poses back then.

finished my HGUC Nu Gundam GFT Ver 3 days ago but just uploading these because i have a time now.

the difference from the normal HGUC was:
-the white plates using the same plates in MG HD UC.
-the gray plates using Gunmetal plates that used in Hi Nu.
-the yellow plates using the fake gold in MG SF.
-the dark blue has the HD quality like in MG HD UC.
-extra Stickers that shows this ver is indeed the GFT ver.

Your panel lining is as bad as mine!

i was using an old and busted lining marker.lol.
and given the plates have that same "sleekness" in MG UC HD,it pretty much makes the inks didn't get deep enough.lol.

Time to restore a very old Zeta a1 gundam.
i got this at the same time i bought the zeta 1.0, it was a package, and i immediately bought it on impulse.

WHATAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! - I am very suprised that this zeta 1.0 kit could still do some crazy poses, given that it is a 1996 kit.




and here it is right now, i tried, and i got a bag of scraps of the 1.0 but it's not enough. i tried, and salvaged any parts that i could find. but i guess.
it's not yet enough. i need MOAR ZETA SCRAPS!! ARR

well, nuff talkin, this is what it currently it looks like. ^__^


@satsugai - wooow, a G-05, i love the Gatling gun of the kit. it looks more natural than the H-arms, lol

Gahald while mg Hi-Nu is pricey it is by far my favorite kit.

So, i got my hands on a busted 1/100 2.0 Zeta Gundam.

it came with a lot of bullet holes, and it's pretty much doomed to be a diorama sacrifice, but then the owner gave me this pretty much for free. so i went ahead with the repair and restoration of this kit.

and pretty much a very boring sanding part will come.

But if i want to improve my skills, i might as well do this.

that thing is fragile as fuck. I'd suggest that you kitbash it instead of salvaging it.

Found my Maxter's shield and started messing around with it.




Then it dawned on me, I should get a MG Alex and do the same pose, but with the machine gun in the arm showing.

very simple but the paintjob, is something a pro could come up with.
white is one of the paints that is very problematic to apply. lol

nice MG RX-78-4 you got there. any problems so far?
