he did?
it can be a common mistake for first timers so it's tolerable.unless if he already panel lined,sand paper it,paint it and customize it then he can can get depressed if a part got snapped/broke for good.
you're not gonna start with Zeta since it's your favorite MS?
but Stark jegan's pretty cool too.

I don't wanna do Zeta any injustice by doing a shitty job as it would be my first Gunpla.
Zeta is put on hold until I'm more confident in my Gunpla'ing abilities.

Question. How did you manage to make the fin funnels stand on the backpack without using glue or other crap (unless they were precariously balanced just for the sake of the photo)?
I'm pretty interested in buying this monster, but so far EVERY review I saw-read laments that the funnels can't stand on the backpack (due to extremely poor connections between them) and that the whole model is pretty fragile.
Please help, I'd greatly appreciate any useful tip. ;_;

They can clip onto the backpack, before I built the base the funnels were attached to the gundam. The issue is that if you even attempt to move the model after that point it will fall at the drop of a hat. Regarding the comment of the kit being overall fragile is false, while the inner frame isn't ABS plastic it is still able to keep the balance of this heavy kit fairly well.

so, I finished this guy at campus..
it was from a gift that I got last night from I don't know who...and I was so eager to craft it, I brought the kit to campus and build it at class...the lecturers were kinda interested...

Ver Ka or 2.0 Gundam, which should I get?go for the 2.0, if you can, get the OYW version. the engineering of the frame is so cool that it would be a shame to cover the whole thing.
a review for the ver ka.

Ver Ka or 2.0 Gundam, which should I get?In-between Ver. Ka and the 2.0 I'd get the 2.0. It has a better frame, accurate core fighter mechanism, complete accessories (includes the super napalm)and better weapons construction. There is only one seamline that is present in the 2.0 and that is in the bazooka handle. Some maybe turned off by the retro look though.
Ver. OYW is also good, and is the best, looks wise IMO. However the weapons construction is seamline hell, major painting is required for the bazooka, and doesn't include the super napalm, it also doesn't have the transforming core fighter.

I don't mind the retro look of the 2.0, since having bought a 2.0 GM a while ago, so while thinking about it - to me - both look about the same, just with key differences.
