Siblings falling in love

It's fine by me. I don't care what they do or how far they go as long as they use some sort of protection if they engage in sexual activities. It isn't the morality of that issue that bothers me, but the actual genetic defects that any offspring would have with parents that were closely related. I believe cousins share enough genetic diversity to stem must of those genetic defects, but siblings would more than likely have a retarded child or worse.

At this point of my life, I can pretty much accept anything. If they were my kids, i think I would only get mad if they both were boys.

On my side, me and my cousin had some kind of crush for a long time, but since we were so far away, it ended up in nothing, but I was certain that I loved her.

Sorry; I have to differ on this. Love is fine and all but it's not right. Too many problems with off-spring from such unions. Oh and one more thing if news of such an relationship were to get out that family will be destoryed. Any fam that out right practice such love will have a happy life. They will be looked at a horroriable maybe even evil for allowing or encourageing such acts. Plus; the school life for the siblings will be HELL!!!

Love is great and all. Still; we live in the real world and if you do this and the outside world find out your life will a utter mess.

I wont bother saying "if it was my kids" since I could say one thing now but have a totally different opinion when I actually have kids.

Now I dont have a sister so that wouldnt apply to me either. If it was a friend however, I would have to clear the air first. Are you certain it is love? Or do you believe that its love because you guys have so much in common? And even then you two are brother and sister so of course you would enjoy the same things. Familiarity leads to attachment and because siblings are so familiar with each other they probably think that they are sharing feelings of love when really and truly its just lust.

If I found that my friend is in love with his sister and not just want sex from her then I would approve of it and help him. Besides for me I dont really care who you love, I dont even care if you love an Alien as long as you love each other then I'll give you a *Thumbs up..

However if they do this not only will they be frowned upon by other people but they will also hurt people aswell. But aslong as they understand all the responsibility and risk in doing this and still wants to do it, then I guess It's fine.

Touchy subject. It's probably best that no one should find out about it, but if I discovered that someone was in love with one of their own siblings, I probably would feel awkward, but I don't think I would look down on the person. After all, "Hate the sin, not the sinner."

i never would but there nothing really wrong with it. remember if your a christian then you a believer of incest. adam and eve where the first people on earth, so where did cain and abel get children from... their sisters
