Slow internet after MKV file attempt

(I'm new to downloading stuff and still trying to get the hang of it.)
I trying downloading Ojousama wa H ga Osuki Vol. 2 and failed miserably. now my internet doesn't work! can someone please tell me what to do.

I use u-torrent, I think using a torrent is easier than zip files I digress, so get that,... normally after downloading something double click on whatever you want to see, then it will pop up again in recent files, right click that and open with whatever media player you use, in my case media player classic.
