Well, if I had to pick one or the other, I'd say I like them smaller.
But I don't look at just that. A girl's bust is just part of her, and no proper man (or woman for that matter, if you're one of those types of girls :P) should judge a girl on that alone.

I don't really have a preference when it comes to size, but huge ones tend to sag and I can't really say that I like the sagging look. With that said, I'm ok with any size as long as the shape is nice, looks natural, and doesn't sag too much. However, I think I find small ones really cute, kissable, and suckable...not that big ones aren't cute/kissable/suckable...

But overall I prefer larger breast IRL but smaller ones in anime because it's more relatable to me.

My only major turn off for boobs are reduce loudly large ones where they weigh as much as the character on screen... I prefer breasts no larger than size C. I prfer C and smaller because I enjoy fitting most of a girl's chest in my hands when I cup them. I have this thought in my head that smaller ones are more sensitive as well, and I enjoy playing with them.
