Spicy Food around the world
0
Guys, I frequently run out of ideas for tasty spicy food and I thought that as we are from all around the world (we're in the internet ._.) you might have some not so common tips from your surroundings.
I would really appreciate it.
PS: Search engines are my lethal enemies and this one too rejected to be of any help, I hope there is no such topic so far?

A dash of cayeanne pepper on anything is usually the way to go, is what I've learned from watching ChefJohn.

every summer since i was 9 i would grow Jalapenos, Habanero and Banana chiles for smoking, salting/drying and pickling. Because i needed spice in my diet and my poor need to preserve food for winter. Lately i been growing Carolina Reaper, Ghost white chiles and Trinidad Scorpion for blends and killing people with y salsa at bbq's.
Marinate thin slice rump roast in
Small bottle of soy sauce... not sure the amount but no more then 4 cups.
Two squeezes of honey
One whole hand of ginger. Peeled and smash cut.
Chiles of your choice. I use two Jalapenos for normal people since i like eating the ginger and chiles with the meat. I also use some smoked jalapenos shake since i make my own chipolte.
One stalk of green onion chopped
2 cups of water or 1 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup of beef broth or rice vinegar.
Marinate for 2-3 hours. after 5 it will get too saltly. Grill and put the ginger/chiles in tin foil to grill also. Serve with fried rice or bacon/green onion/bacon mixed rice.

Aside from my chilly, which is mostly habanero and jalapeno be volume, I have found my favorite way to spice up my everyday life is to substitute ketchup with Sriracha at every opportunity. This works especially well with meat loaf.
Super awesome meat loaf recipe:
1 lb ground meat (I like lamb, but beef or turkey both work well)
1 lb spicy breakfast sausage (Jimmy Dean or Bob Evans)
1/2 sleeve of crackers (or one snack pack)
1 egg
milk
1 bunch of cilantro
3 jalapenos
2 habaneros
2 cloves of minced garlic
and of course sriracha
Preheat oven to 350°F
In a small bowel crush crackers into a fine powder and mix with enough milk to make the concoction is a tick paste. Beat in the egg.
Chop the cilantro to release its natural deliciousness.
Into a large bowel add meats, cracker concoction and cilatro.
Mince habaneros
Dice jalapenos
Add peppers to a hot pan and saute until tender and add to the large bowel.
Mix ingredients by hand. Make sure that all the meat is blended into a homogeneous mass.
I like to make my loaf in fist sized balls. It make them faster to cook and done more evenly.
Apply your meaty mixture into your chosen baking pan.
Glaze with Sriracha over the top.
Cover pan with aluminium foil.
Bake for 30-40 minutes covered.
Remove Foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable of your choice for a balanced breakfa... erm dinner.
