do any of you know how to cook spaghetti???
usually, I use a spaghetti sauce that I buy in supermarket and mix it with either beef, chicken, tuna or sardines. Usually I add some leek(uh I don't know the English term for it. it is a big onion) into it and add some sugar and salt.
as for the spaghetti, I usually boil some water and put spaghetti that I bought in the supermarket into the water.

try del monte spaghetti sauce.
add some beef and your favorite brand of hot dogs, slice the hot dogs though for it to cook well.
an onion as well for that little spice.
add salt and pepper to taste.
now for my personal favorite, I prefer tuna pasta.
it's made out of cheese, butter, and tuna.

the sauce is made like this:
First melt the butter on a broiler.
second put some fresh milk on the broiler along with the melted butter.
when the milk is simmering place the quick-melt cheese on it.
when the cheese has melted place the tuna in it.
put some pepper in it depending on your taste.
oh and by the way use canned tuna so it can be easier.
this is a whole different sauce, and my favorite as well hope you enjoy!

My favorite is to cook pasta with mussels and diavola sauce, though one can also cook the diavola sauce and pasta or put something else, such as chicken, into the mix. I got a basic recipe from the internet somewhere a while ago, and I've just edited it down to what I like. Here's how I do it.
Ingredients
-12 cloves minced garlic
-1/4-1/3 cup good quality olive oil
-1-3 tsp red pepper flakes
-2 tsp dried oregano(or 2x as much fresh, diced)
-1 tsp dried basil(or 2x as much fresh, diced)
-1/4 cup capers, drained
-olives, pitted and chopped(if you want, I leave these out as I don't like olives)
-28 oz. can of whole tomatoes in puree
-2 tbs tomato paste
-1/3 cup red wine(cooking wine works, though the gourmets will tell you using higher quality wine yields a better flavor)
Take 1/4-1/3 a cup of olive oil(the best is to have good quality olive oil and use less of it, gets the flavor without making everything all oily) and heat it in a deep skillet. Add 12 cloves garlic, minced and 1-3 teaspoons of red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you want it and stir, cooking until the spices start to release their fragrances, 1-2 minutes. Add everything else and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes. Make sure to stir occasionally and break up the whole tomatos with forks or something.
That gives you the sauce, which you can then pour over any type of pasta. You can also cook mussels in the sauce, which really creates a nice flavor. Mussels, though, are tricky to cook. If you undercook them you can get sick, but if you overcook them they get rubbery. Or, you can stir fry some chopped chicken in a little olive oil and throw it in and serve that. I prefer the mussels when possible, but you could probably add anything you think tastes good in regular spaghetti sauce to this sauce as well.
