I wonder if there are any artists who might be willing to look at any of my incest stories with a view to maybe doing illustrations or jointly working on a graphic story. I can't pay, though. It would be just for fun, though if it becomes a saleable project, we can talk about share of profits. Happy to send or link sample.

There are a few artists here but I think they wouldn't collaborate on doing a manga for free since it's not easy make one. You should make your project saleable as your goal. That shows you're earnest and would at least get a few artists' attention but that alone is not enough for them to grab your offer specially if you have nothing to pay for their services, they wouldn't want a promise of back-end pay either.
I'm not saying it's impossible but keep looking, you might find someone to work with you. Good luck on your project.
