[TCF Feb] Yorkshire Pudding with Pork Chop and Vege
0
meh, decided to make some new that I havent made before and hasnt been done already...
So I was feeling British and made some Yorkshire Pudding.
I have only had them once before, at a Christmas dinner last year, where the housemates made some yummy food for us all (I made a danish rice pudding desert) and I was honestly surprised about how you make it. Really easy and its a nice accompaniment to a meal. Also I was planning to have gravy with the puddings, but I forgot to buy any granules... D: so I just went with this instead)
Recipe

Hmmmm, I probably should have left it in the oven for a couple more minutes to let it get a bit more crispy, but it tasted nice and I learnt a neat, easy, new recipe :3 The pork chop was marinated in a honey roast marinade btw.
any tips and advice please share, only way I will learn.

It certainly looks good, but it's hard to pass judgement on it without knowing what went into it or how you made it.

I had never tried before and was surprised at how easy it was. Definitely gonna make more when I feel like showing off in the kitchen with little extra effort.

Ah, okay then. Have you considered using a small amount of butter in place of a portion of the milk? I've found that this can make lighter, fluffier baked goods when used this way.
