I think what you've made there is one of those "Escher" girls. If her butt is facing us like that then she shouldn't be able to turn her torso towards us all the way or keep it upright at that angle.
The pose that she's in is highly uncomfortable at best. Trust me I tried to assume that pose and I think I ended up pulling a muscle. I also had to keep one hand on the floor at all times.
My advice would be to turn her upper body back to her right and put her in a bit more of a reclining position.
