User favorites are broken

I'm currently getting unit test failures when trying to query user favorites.
I get error 503, this information is currently unavailable when I try to do

https://api.fakku.net/users/jacob/favorites

or anyone really. Am I querying this information incorrectly or is this feature not yet up?

The API is still down. Requesting the non-api URL does not affect the availability of the API page.
