Today Zach made toasted egg sandwiches for breakfast, and then for supper I made angel-hair pasta with a chunky mushroom spaghetti sauce, and for dessert I made vanilla cupcakes with chocolate shavings cooked in them, with a melted chocolate dip! Yum!

Egg, bacon, and cheese sandwhich. Used sharp cheddar cheese and it was really yummy!

Had special Chinese New Year cake...thing....It basically was sticky rice with a mix of green bean and meat inside it. Total size of it is about 30x30cm and wrapped in bamboo leaves. I'll admit it was pretty damn good.

I had homemade breakfast sandwich with pancakes and eggs, then some garlic fingers, and soon I'm making spicy chicken breasts and rice for supper :3

Made a variation of a blt. Instead if using bacon I used tofu grilled wit salt, pepper and chili powder. Used whole grain bread and a spicy mayo sauce. Added diced tomatoes on the side.

For lunch I had breaded chicken with re-fried(?) beans.
And for dinner I had 2 fried tamales and 2 slices of left over deep dish pizza. Toppings were sausage, pepperoni, and bacon.
