100% is chubby to me. Anything beyond that is fat. To me 100% looks like 80% put on some fat. 100% is acceptable because she doesn't look overweight. Anything below 10% may need to eat a cheeseburger or two.

I would say chubby is when you start having folds even though you're standing completely straight.
Or when you stomach extends past your chest (for women) or your dick (for men)

To me chubby means on the heavier side of the weight spectrum, not necessarily over weight and certainly not to an unhealthy degree. That's my thoughts on what chubby is, or maybe you meant thoughts on people being chubby or chubbiness itself?

From my standpoint, you can rely on your BMI but is that really accurate? I would love to be a 165 again but I looked better at 160-ish in fashion. Bodies are "chubby" based on height, also, but who can constitute what's chubby at that point? Muffintops are often caused by ill-fits and so are popped buttons.[/h]

I agree with some of the other posters; 100% is starting to be chubby. If the chart continued higher I would still say that 110% to about 130% would also still be chubby. Anything higher than that would be a different category.
On a side note I think chubby women often look good. I prefer them to have C cups or larger though.
