It depends. Gaming wise it would be like Oculas by hyper-drive and more real. Meanin Oculus: A guy swings and ax at you. Reaction: you scream Nerve gear/ VR: you cry and try to ignore that slight ache. It be cool though but we would need to make sure SAO doesn't become real
