I'm playing one of the best N64 right now. Perfect Dark. Of course it would actually only be perfect if I was playing on an actual N64. Oh how I miss that baby...and my Gameboy, GB Color, and Gameboy Pocket. And Sega Genesis and Dreamcast were like the ultimate lesbian couple.

Back in costa rica the genesis was the only game system anybody ever had so yeah thumbs up genesis!

nothing more old school than Nintendo! i still amazed people when i told them i could finish the first mario game using a fireflower-powered small mario, a legit glitch that a master once taught me. :)

Technically, the Dreamcast isn't old school. It's in the same gen as the PS2, GameCube, and XBOX.
But nonetheless, that is the greatest system ever. It sucks so much that it died out so fast.

SNES. Controllers that didn't have pointed edges like the NES, and were sized for human hands (unlike the Genesis)? Cartridges that didn't test your lung endurance? Yes, please.
Man, I miss old school durability. You could brain a bear with the consoles and hurl the controllers into hard surfaces all day. Both Playstation and N64 joysticks broke easily, and the former's discs were fucked after the first scratch. Mo' tech, mo' problems.

So true. It's like every new game console has more problems than the previous versions. Makes me cringe thinking of the new consoles that are supposably coming out next year. I'll stick with my PS2 and PS3 if I say so myself.
My faithful SNES lasted until the summer of 2004 when it literally "burnt out" and took a good chunk of my rooms carpet. I still remember playing the Mario collection cartridge that had every single Mario game on it.

Most of my favorite videogame heroes were born on Nintendo: Megaman, The Belmont Clan, Samus Aran, Ryu Hayabusa, Mario, and many others ^^

Nintendo man... A lot of the greats started there. Mario Bros, Megaman, Castlevania, Final Fantasy, Zelda...... And of course... many many more.

Gameboy kept me entertained from boring trips that I was forced upon when I was younger, and I was scolded more when I play my gameboy rather than my consoles. Only kept paying attention to Pokemon, Bomberman, Gradius and the Legend of Zelda games like a zombie. I have more fond memories with gameboy so I picked gameboy.

Playstation 1 is still the best game console for me. Nothing beat playing the RPG games in this console. For me its the one that started my interest in Games.
