Where's the futa Jacob
Give the name of the game and a brief summary of the plot.
Also to add more interest here, name some actors that is best suited for the characters.
Here's an example:
Parasite Eve
Basically, a badass female cop whose trying to take down a biological entity known as eve.
Aya Brea: Charlize Theron
Eve: Cate Blanchett
Danial Dollis:
Douglas Baker: John Goodman
Note: You also leave blank slots for someone else to fill in.

Half-Life
Because Gordon Freeman is this 'silent' character who never says anything and doesn't really react to anything either in any noticeable way, i think the movie would be best made if it is told from a totally different persons perspective almost entirely. Gordon Freeman obviously still would be a character in the movie and the movie would revolve around the plot of what is happening in the game and around what Gordon Freeman does in the game, but the story would be told from somebody elses point of view. Somebody who also maybe was a scientist or a professor of some kind, somebody who also starts to fight his way out of Black Mesa, who also like Gordon Freeman little by little discovers what is actually going on behind the scenes.
(i could go on more a lot, because i am totally into the Half-Life series and into becoming a film director my self)
As for the actors, fortunately i don't at the moment have a clue for suggestions because if i directed this movie, i wouldn't use any of the so called 'A-List' actors, i would use less known ones.

Easiest thing to say is NONE. I think games themselves are like a movie sometimes with their cut scenes and story. So why ruin it by putting it on the big screen?

You know there is a parasite eve movie out right? It's based on the novel which inspired the game so basically no correlation to the game, but it's still good none the less.
Not usually optimistic about game-to-film movies since they usually don't do the game justice, but if it was done well then I'd go with legend of zelda or maybe pandemonium.

so theres this city, and its kind of a corrupt place, with not a lot of free speach rights and the government monitors the people and stuff, so there are these people called runners who deliver information directly to avoid getting caught.
than, this runner's sister whos a cop gets framed for the murder of this guy runnig for mayor and her sister, faith, has to clear her name and save her. really cool game, super fun.

Because I want to see someone make a successful movie from a freaking puzzle game. Tetris would never work because the blocks don't have any character to them... Not unless it was a disaster movie where the tetriminos are falling from the sky and leveling cities story by story by filling up the surrounding streets and then vanishing.

Exactly. And, games that don't have cutscenes or a real plot probably shouldn't be made into movies anyway.

A cool game that could be a movie if it was portrayed something like the maze runner movie is portal and/or portal 2.

The first Dead Space could be good, but I think it'd be too similar to Alien.
Truthfully surprised there isn't a Battlefield/Call of Duty film already, given those games' massive popularity. Just make a standard WW2 movie and slap the name on and you're done.
Personally I'd love to see a FarCry movie. FarCry 3 especially.
And just for lulz I think a Catherine movie would be highly amusing =p

None preferably. If I had to pick one.... lol Why not Megaman xD pfft.
A Megaman movie would be epically bad. Especially if it was made by Hollywood. Inevitably with Michael Bay producing, and a super 'edgy' storyline. I shudder to picture it, yet I would probably watch the hell out of it xD

A movie about the Halo universe would be great. It is already a big universe that has a lot of material aside from the games, like the books. Yeah, this or Deus Ex would be my choice due to the huge amount of source material.
And a typical b-movie about any game from Suda51 would be great too (Shadow of the Damned/Killer is Dead).
Any video game movie not directed by Uwe Boll has the potential to escape mediocricity.

Tetris, Pooyan, Duck Hunt and Balloon Fight the movie.
Joke aside, I want Castlevania.
In the future that someone wanted to do that, I just wish it's not a Hollywood rape film.

A Castlevania: Lords of Shadow movie wouldn't be too bad.
Out of all the Castlevania games I played I liked this one's story the best, with that gigantic twist at the ending (well not such a twist anymore if you know about the second game) and the player character being multi-dimensional unlike many other action game heroes. I haven't seen any good video game adaptions but I have a feeling that something like this won't be that hard to convert (everything is practically spelled out for the directors).

American McGee's Alice: Madness Returns.
The story is great, and the series has atmosphere and aesthetics in spades.
While the games are fun- the gameplay can be a little repetitive. I think a movie would definitely be a good move (especially since there were plans for one), since it would allow them to use their strengths to the fullest, whilst doing away with token/filler gameplay elements.
Grim Fandango.
Good story, great characters, great game. Due to the nature of the point-and-click adventure genre, the fixed camera and gameplay made things very slow paced. If it weren't for the solid writing, it would be a real borefest (and probably why sales tanked).
By rendering it as a film, they'd be able to ramp up the mood and drama considerably- and make for, in my opinion, a greater experience.

would definitely like to see a Metal Gear Solid movie series, with a big budget and the right director I feel that this would do really well in the box office.

Video games becoming movies would be cool, would the movie serve the game justice, who knows, we'd have to see for that.
I'm not entirely certain on which game to pick but there have been talks of studios making an Assassin's Creed movie and a Watch_Dogs movie. Both of those games, plus the Assassin's Creed series, I've played and enjoyed so they would be great to see.

Rather than a direct adaptation of a game's plot, it'd be better to see a separate story that takes place in the video game's setting. The Walking Dead did went from TV/graphic novel to the video game with a different story /characters and it worked, so the reverse might also help.
I say there should be a Monkey Island movie. CG-animated with the personality and energy of something like Hotel Transylvania and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Original voice actors reprising their roles would be preferable. Not sure what the plot would be, but it could be a new one instead of an adaptation, while having more room for new jokes and characters.
