Tea and Crumpets would be a pretty generic thing to be proud of though :PThey may be generic to you, but to American me they're...cool. :D
@Kitten_Nyan — Yeah, I have actually. There's this shirt where the whole thing is of the American flag. Not grand, but it'll do, I think. I was thinking of buying the "In America!" shirt on Sharkrobot, but it won't get here in time. I want her to wear it coming off the plane. D:<
@Animehot2 — She's not willing to carry picture of him. She doesn't like him. lol.
I wanted to see how creative you guys could get. You didn't fail.
Thanks for all the suggestions~

She's moving to be BACK with the rest of her family. She's like, the only one of her family in the U.S.A. I'm not going to stop her. Not like she's my lover or that I harbour feelings for her. I'm straight, man.
Decent food. I'll go with that, too.
I ask in a joking manner because I also live here. :P
I agree with Kiss-Shot, though (I was going to say something similar but I wanted to roll with the jokey post :p). I don't think there's a country in the world which has the flag-worshipping patriotism of America, largely because of your history (and lack of it). Anything sincerely trying to demonstrate pride in the flag might come across as a bit arrogant. You want something that shows pride in a ridiculous, OTT, Team America kind of way.
I also hate crumpets...

A picture of Hugh Laurie with the words "He's one of us now" on it.
But being Brittish anything that is American will generally do it. Most Brittish people have an irrational hatered of you Yanks.
Honestly, what you could do is wave an American flag in Wootton Bassett and a sign that says "AMERICAH DID MORE".

Curious and Wondering
A cowboy hat with Union Jack colors would be a good gift, like this one:

A musket bullet from American Revolution.
Or a Minuteman figure.
Also, anything that suggest Scottish/Irish/Welsh supremacy is bound to piss off the English-English peoples. At least to some degree.
