What's your dominant hand?
What's your dominant hand?

I was slower than most people to develop hand dominance. My parents made the decision to teach me to be right-handed because it's the more common one. Eventually I turned out to be left-handed, but since I'd learned to use my right hand I wound up sticking with that instead. So I'd be left-handed if I actually was willing to practice, but since hand dominance didn't come very naturally to me I don't bother.
As part of that same developmental delay, my fine motor skills are sub-par so I am physically incapable of drawing well and writing by hand is uncomfortable and slow. Had I been born even ten years earlier, before laptop computers were practical, I'd have probably flunked out of school because I would have physically been unable to keep up with the work. As it is, I was one of the first kids at my school to be granted permission to use a laptop in class.
The part I hate the most about my motor skill issues is the fact my drawing skills are permanently locked at my third grade level. So my lifelong dream of being an artist will likely never come true no matter how much I practice. After all, just knowing drawing techniques in your head means nothing if your hands just can't do it.

Left Handed, but Use right for other things, like computer mouse, cutting things, sword use, throwing.

This so sad has an artist hearing this, is like a doctor tell me I'm going to lost both hands to cancer and there nothing I can do about it.

I write with my left hand. I do everything else with my right hand.
I can't write with my right hand, and for everything else my left hand isn't that good.
My left hand is specialised for writing and my right hand is good for everything else aside from writing. I primary use my right hand when using a keyboard, left hand is just back up.
Am I weird???
