After I got this result I almost jumped.

It really sucks for some of you guys. And here I thought my speed was poor.

Upload Sucks

Upload goes as high as 10 mb/s often enough.

After i read the first page i was near crying xD. My download speed is at 90kb/s T_T. Upload at 20-30kb/s :(

University internet FTW? Faster than 99% of the US... O_O


That's only in certain computer labs though. In dorms it's usually throttled to around ~5Mbps.

"Faster than 94% of CA"... Seriously!? Probably cost more too... 120GB cap and 67$ / Month. The only good thing, my ISP is one of the rare few that doesn't do throttling, meaning I get full speed all the time no matter what, be it on torrent, steam or direct download.
