Jesus, I'm trying to download something, and the speed is 20 kbs. WTF man... Thing used to go up to 170 kb at it's highest(we have quest, which is part of centurylink). I know it's slow anyway, but son of a bitch, this is pissing me off. Think anyone can help me out to improve my PC's speed?

I have an unfair advantage because universities tend to have pretty decent internet. I've gotten up to 100 Mbps on my download before.

As the remarks say, My (school's :P) connection is somewhat faster than the rest of flip land.
My home pc shows... well, it takes time to load the speedtest page. Let's just leave it that way.

Not as good as some of the other ones posted though. I would get a more up to date one but uploading stuff to Youtube atm so that would really screw up the speed test. I hardly get those speeds anymore. At most I can get 20meg down and 2.5meg up
