With an upload speed like that, the download speed (however impressive it may be) does not really matter since most communication is done over TCP or equivalent protocols requiring confirmation of receival on each package. This basically means that if you want to download you will do so at max ~10-20 Mb/s (assuming of cause that it really is your real upload, and your tubes were not just clogged..).

Okay, assuming you mean 10-20 Mb/s, that makes allot more sense (MB = MegaByte, Mb = Megabit)
