PC, why? >1080p games and FPS is better with a mouse and keyboard...
but for simple gaming needs, i'd go for console since it makes less clutter than my PC...

well, both have their good ponits and bad points.
++++
Consoles have exclusive games, adn therea are lot of games, and besides, they are dedicated to gaming, so the graphics and functionas are very good for games.
PC are more versatiles, because you can use for many other things, sometimes they are more comfortables for some games, ad the MMORPG copmmunity is bigger than consoles.
----
In the case of consoles the high cost of accesories, and /or games makes hard for casual players to have a wide collection, besides there are none a universal console, so some games are exclusive to one console and, unless you have'em all. you game experience may be frustrating.
PC. they are relative cheap, but they are constantly upgrading, so you really can't never have the latest one for more than a day, you are exposed to viruses, hacker or cheathers while playing online.
Games
I personally like RPG games such Final Fantasy (all types, CC Tactics and the main series), Tales of series (Symphonia is my fav), I also love FPS, as doom , quake , duke nukem and my fav UNREAL, Prince of Persia, etc, the advantage is that both version can be found in pc and computers, LOL
talking about voting...+1 to pc!!!

I often play game in console and almost never playing game in PC
But me myself not really often playing game and I prefer my PC
For console, I still play monster hunter now, and in PC I'm playing some eroge like School Mate and Sengoku Rance. I also play Point Blank and trying to play Supreme Commander now

I'd have to go with console. Don't get me wrong, I love my pc to death...it's just that I've always had a rather underspecced pc so I haven't really been able to enjoy quite a few games (with an exception to visual novels and H-games[thanks for being awesome and not hard to run on a p3 computer XD]), hence why I turned to console gaming...that, and its hard to find a good J-rpg on pc...e.g. Persona3, Persona4, Xenosaga, etc.

I grew up with consoles, from good old NES to PS3, and they're embedded deep within my heart, but the PC is so much more versatile, and if you have a good one, you can get some impressive graphics off of it. I'd love to say console, but nowadays, PC's are the main thing......doesn't mean I'll stop playing my consoles though....If I ever find the time that is.

Although the PC is far more versatile than a console, if we're solely discussing games I'd say consoles and any games that you can play with others, the more the better.
For solo gaming I'd say any RPG or strategy.

This one is easy or me.
PC all the way.
Also keeping my PC upgraded so it can handle all the current games is part of the 'game' :p

Kinda a hard pick between the two, since I use both.
PC for FPS, console for everything else. In the end, I went with console 'cause I'm a rpgfag. :\

Console, just because thats what i grew up on, but i think that with all the new development in new tecnology and the more things that consoles can do. Consoles will turn into computers that can only play certin games. Oh yea PS3 for life hit me up PSN id RealBig.
