I'd be happy with dere dere, but if to chose... I'd say yandere... If talking about anime - too many tsunderes already... Unless it has a good story. And about real life: she'd actually would tell her feelings.
In a deathmatch yandere would also be the winner >_< (plot):
Y(andere)-chan:"I won't let you have x-kun! I love him more!"
T(sundere)-chan:"I-i.. FINE! I don't care! I hate him anyway!" <=says that while blushing,and looking in another direction.
Then Y-chan cuts T-chans head while she's doing that.

Yandere, definitely. it's not that i don't like tsundere, i definitely do love them as well, it just that i like girls that are insane in the membrane. and those eyes...... got those eyes.

Hard pick for me but I guess i'll go for Yandere since the devotion and determination appeals more to me. (Also, since I like Kaede most outta the entire Shuffle! cast) :D
Personally, I think that if the guy isn't some indecisive idiot (like the ones in most anime), the Yandere girls would turn out really well - they wouldn't need to get all psycho and jealous over it
