No one would deny that yandere girls are crazy, but people are saying on here that they will kill YOU, which isn't usually the case. Usually they will kill anyone they think might take you away from them.

Once heard a story about a yandere
The girl would abuse herself and abuse pills constantly. The guy wanted her to stop, and was with her as a boyfriend. He said the relationship took its toll on him, though. She would call him at 3 in the morning all drugged up or crying for no reason. When his life was being slowly ruined by her and her fucked up ways, he broke up with her. She then proceeded to cut herself and he felt guilty because of it. She eventually wound up hospitalized and he felt like complete shit and regretted ever getting in such a fucked up relationship.
Moral is; real life is a lot different than cartoons, and anyone deluded enough to think that a relationship like that is ideal is pretty damn ignorant of how real life works like.

Tsundere are girls who act kinda fiery, but have an inner cute side that they sometimes reveal.
Yandere are girls who are crazy for love (literally) to the point of stalking, or killing every girl you talk with.
