From those two specifically, learning how to draw a hand correctly. Solo aside, Smoke on the Water is one of the shit easiest riffs to learn ever. You could do it in the first class of you wanted.

Drawing, probably. Smoke on the Water is one of the absolute easiest riffs to play. There's only like 3 chords or something.

I think it depends on what skill level you wish to be in either one. The interesting thing about practicing any art in general is that there really is no limit to any one, and that can be either disheartening or encouraging for the practitioner of any given skill level.
