Honestly I like shy girls the most, be it in anime or in real life, that choice being on top of all else. However shyness is a little harder to find at times so I'd have to fall back to the Tsundere archetype, but in a way Tsunderes are kinda shy in their own way. (Wow that sounded bloody cheesy...)

Well I don't have one specific type I like, but I prefer Srong willed girl or shy girls. :P I find tsundere fun to deal with as well as delinquents. ^^

I'm going with two of my most prefered choices here:
1) Shy, because its kind of fun to see a soft side of the person who tries to hide feelings meant for the action.
2) Tsundere, simply because they can be the most demanding in attitude and that what probably makes the sex more hawt.
