Real Madrid vs Bayern MunichSpoiler:
That depends on whether or not Pepe will be playing. If he does, it will be another 50-50 game which will be decided mentally. In the case Pepe doesn't, Real will be facing a lot of trouble due to the inactiveness of Varane (not saying he's bad, just not as experienced and aggressive). But I wouldn't be surprised if Madrid sticks to this counter attacking style, Bayern will be Bayern, and they will dominate possession. But one thing is for sure, the tie isn't going to be defined by this Madrid victory at home.
On a side note, I do feel confident for Madrid, Bale+Benzema+Cristiano+Di Maria+Modric= kicking asses and taking names

So basically.
Pep wants to keep the ball as long as possible
Ancelotti wants to score a goal
Pep should've realize that tikitaka doesn't work at CL.

Lol, pretty glad I was so wrong about this one. Even if Madrid did pretty much park the bus, pretty much every single time on the counter they were dangerous. Modric/Di Maria/Alonso were all immense tonight, although Alonso's booking was a massive retard moment from him; definitely did not need to do that and has no one else to blame but himself.
Still hoping for Atletico to lift the trophy though.

Ah yes! Madrid derby in the final. Always love it when familiar teams meet in important matches like this.

I am the opposite I wanted to see 2 teams that don't really see each other in the finals. Hence why I didn't like the German final last year. Oh well will be a tough match I will still pick Real Madrid to win.

Oh well, the last time the met and Alonso wasn't on the field, RM lost 0-1. That does shakes my hope a little bit. But with Casillas in goal, and Modric, Di Maria, Benzema, Bale and Ronaldo still in the team, I'm fairly confident with this Real Madrid side.

Park the buss is dead
Possession football also dead
I have a feeling that Atletio Mad will get a double this year.

Atletico Madrid is going to win the Champions League. There is alot of hype about Real Madrid because of their 100 Million players (Ronaldo & Bale), but i personally think Atletico as a team has more heart and thats why i want them to win!

Both getting in some good prep for the final in two weeks, eh? Both have bottled their last two league games now.

Yeah Real can rest a few players and get everyone ready for the title game, but CR7 is hurt and is questioned on how bad still. If he comes back I still like their chances, even without him I like it but not the same.
Anyone else find it ironic that Alt goalie is actually on loan from Chelsea. That is going to be weird if he goes back there next year, "Hey guys know I helped knock you out of Champions League for season, but hey at least I got to play more." Let alone he beat Chelsea in the UEFA SuperCup a year or two ago. You would think Chelsea wouldn't allow him on loan again.

He's still young, young enough for Chelsea to consider him a "loaner" in our terms, it's when a young prospect gets loaned out repeatedly to increase his playing time and transfer value. I know it sounds kinda crazy, but he's not likely going to be Chelsea's replacement for Cech.

Yeah, loaning players in football is pretty "normal" or popular and i dont think there is any animosity between the loaned player and the team he was loaned from. The whole point of loaning a player is that he is not a starting 11 player in hes team, but they want him to get experience and therefor is loaned to a team where he will get much more play time.

I.e. He's loaned to Atl, they payed him, he plays, he increased his value, end of loan, he comes back, sell him without having to pay him a dime (or trade him for Diego Costa). That's a "loaner", there's no animosity in it, it's business. And I don't think he himself disliked this position, he have offers flying in from Real Madrid (believe it or not) and Bayern already.
Oh about the CR7 situation, it's a continuation of his jumper's knee condition, but playing him for two games wouldn't be so bad. So I guess they'll figure it out so that he could be fit for both the final and the WC

Considering Chelsea have over 30 players on loan and could easily field a full XI + subs bench with that list. Chelsea are also paying some of Courtois' wages.

Wow and that huge transfer fee pays off. But never would have gotten to that point without the timely header from "the guy most likely to drop the trophy" Sergio Ramos.

But gotta admit, they were one of the first team to get Atletico tired, so much so that Juanfran got injured trying to mark Ronaldo and Miranda and Godin to lost track of Ramos, Marcelo and Bale.
