Is he the new "RAVISHING" Rick Rude, since he's become a narcissist pretty boy calling himself "DASHING" Cody Rhodes...jeez 3rd generations really. But there is something right about what he said, his dad and brother wasn't as good as a body he got.

This is more of a story telling of what happened in a bar than an interview, such detail really we need more interviews like this in WWE. He might be drunk when he did this interview.

Nope. Simply didn't renew his contract.
Anyway, WWE is building younger, more long-term wrestlers (e.g. Sheamus) and ones like Batista are simply hogging the main event card, he's already in his 40's and he gets too frequently injured, let him go, since too many wrestlers at the main event level is a bad thing especially when they're all in line for one top-tier title only.
Although I'll give credit that Batista is a very marketable guy and he can sell storylines decently.
Last I heard he was babbling to TMZ that he's headed to Strikeforce (MMA, same route Bobby Lashley took).
God, I'll pay huge money to see that brute submit to a real MMA fighter. Let Fedor kick his ass.
