Raw and Smackdown fought a battle Royal in the main event, while earlier Nexus beats up Orton after Cena/Orton wins the tag match against Haris/Mcgillicutty.Other news US champion VS Intercontinental. Bryan VS Dolf is official on Bragging Rights. One thing though Bryan as much as I love him performing in the ring, lol at what he did with the divas, dancing.
I hope they don't package Danielson as a "nerdy ladies' man" type of character. Hope they mold him like Benoit's character, the "tough as nails and will make you tap" type.
A better interest picker-upper for him to get over more with fans is to let him use a lot of his submission holds, like a new one per match.
Same here. not an Alluring Dean Malenko. Bryan is known for his intensity, high flying moves and making people tap out.
Other news The Undertaker took Kane down to hell in the ring last Smackdown. LOL I loved seeing that again. Kane was screaming Noooo~~~! Ahhh~~!!! Hehehe gave me laugh and entertained me VERY much after watching it. Then smoke came out the hole the scene fades in darkness. EPIC Smackdown episode.
Actually, after that SD episode, I was left deep in thought.
Kane and Undertaker are the only ones who can get away with the unrealistic gimmicks - the thunders, the collapsing rings, the urns - in the current roster of WWE. Maybe because they're the 2 of the 3 remaining remnants of the 90s' over-the-top gimmicks (e.g. Max Moon, Papa Shango), and the fans understand their situation the most (the 3rd one is Goldust). Undertaker and Kane have this unanimous fan-mandated license to be allowed these gimmicks that makes you suspend disbelief, and no else.
The last time they had a wrestler have a supernatural gimmick, it was Kevin Thorn with the vampire gimmick - and he didn't get over.
Let's see... tomorrow's Bragging Rights, right? I think... Bryan, Natalya, Team Raw, and Barrett will win. I'm kinda curious as to how WWE will handle the Buried Alive match, since it should entail a LOT of brawling (e.g. Taker vs McMahon, Survivor Series 2003) and WWE is TVPG... so I'll just watch and see.

Iam paying my PPV now. Man I can't wait.
Iam just sad like you said Taker and Kane are the ones that can only pull those gimmicks. I think it'll be hard to replace them. Kane and Taker are the new corner stones of WWE where in gimmicks like that work well with their character. Iam hoping they can bring in new ones later on with something similar to Taker and Kane.

Bragging Right mini-review before I go to bed:
[spoil]- Ziggler/Bryan was awesome. Match of the night without a doubt. What an excellent way to open the PPV.
- Tag Team match was okay. Typical TV type match. Nothing out of this world.
- Goldust/DiBiase was surprisingly good. I was pretty entertained.
- Divas match meh
- Taker/Kane was kinda boring. They basically did the same thing they been doing for months. Nexus coming out to attack Taker was pretty surprising. Nice to see Kane retain and go over Taker in a feud for once.
- Tag match was good. Kinda surprised to see Smackdown winning again considering how weak Raw looked in the buildup. Edge had a really strong showing. Next #1 contender perhaps?
- Orton/Barrett was boring. It looked like they just went through the motion until the ending. Kinda saw that ending coming too after Barrett grabbed the mic before the match.

Pretty much, it is what it was.
[spoil]- Yep, first match was a good opener. Thorough mat wrestling and aerial action, always entertaining to see.
- Tag team match... I kinda miss the days of the duo-style wrestlers with the unified names, like WGTT, Bashams, Los Guerreros, The Colons, et.c that dominated tag team wrestling. Now it's more of hit-and-miss mix-and-match wrestlers getting the bronze.
- I think too that Edge will get a shot at the gold down the line before this year ends.
- I thought I'd be entertained by the Buried Alive match. Basically, they let Kane win with a Nexus assist, then make some supernatural thing to ensure to the fans that Taker will be back.
- I HOPE they return Taker as the American Bad Ass someday. No supernatural jiggy, just one pure big bandanna'd bad ass.
- I see... they're planning a Rio-Mysterio feud soon again, guess they just used the tag match as an igniter.
- Surprised SD won the match again, but considering they put up Raw with Miz as the captain, I guess in the back of my head I knew the inevitable.
- When Barrett said "win the match", a minute later I knew that Cena will make Barrett win by DQ.
- I expect the melodrama between Nexus and Cena to continue... probably will end the same way how HBK settled his "employment" to JBL.

Can I ask you all something?
What makes you all tune in to Raw/SD!?
and what do you think of the WWE Nao?
Im not dissing on the WWE, I myself have started tuning in. I would just like to know what is it that attracts you to this promotion.
if you dont like what im asking or if i,m derailing this thread feel free to tell me to F' off :]

So Taker loses another Buried Alive match. Not that surprising but I wonder how Nexus fits into all of this. Also, Cena just did what HBK did to JBL when he was "employed" guess it'll end the same way too.

Well I Started watching back in 1997 when i was 6 and my first PPV was Wrestlemania X-7 back in 2001, which was awesome! I took a 2 year break from wrestling when Brock Lesnar was released and JBL won the belt.
Started watching back in 2005, but it just wasn't the same anymore.
I took another break in 2009, then I read that they were going PG, and for me that was just the nail in the coffin.
I feel that the PG demographic is like a spit to the face of the fans who just grew up loving this promotion.
Now I started tuning in because i keep hearing/reading good things about nexus, which I don't know weather to believe or not.
Also becuse Low-Ki/Senshi/Kaval won NXT2, which is cool.
Realy wish there was an alternative, but it sure as hell is not TNA, especially with the direction their taking, ughh. also its kinda hard to keep up with Indy promotions.

And yet, we're all still watching. The WWE has got me for life. If teenage hood didn't stop me from watching wrestling, nothing will.
I'm never taking a wrestling break again. The last time I did, I missed Edge, one of my favorite wrestlers ever, win his first world title. I swear I would have cried if I saw that live. I stopped watching wrestling when Chris Jericho was "fired" after losing to Cena and came back in October 2007 when I found out Randy Orton was world champion again. I got to miss Cena's reign of terror, so that's why I probably don't hate him like most people do.

Aghhh...late on updating because of some things needed to be done outside.
Anyways everything is mentioned. Decent PPV. Best match has to be Ziggler and Bryan! Double Cross Body and superkicks and finally tapping out of Ziggler. Awesome match now I know why they keep Ziggler.
Anyways Taker is injured before hand. When was fighting Kane noticed he brawled more rather than do lifts and power moves? Anyways this opens more opportunity to Kane being the dominant brother for now.
Also for the question.
Q: Why do I still watch WWE?
A: Simple answer. I love wrestling.

Smackdown news
Great matches. Daniel Bryan won on Raw and Smackdown rematch against Ziggler, Smackdown though the ref was knock down couldn't count Bryan 123. Bryan then got up and gave Ziggler a kick to the back of the head. 123.
Kane's memorial to the Undertaker being buried alive was halted by Alberto, Rey and Edge and Paul Bearer getting a 619. Triple Threat main event no.1 contenders match was great with Edge winning against Rey and Alberto facing Kane on Survivor Series. Seems now Kane is always at the receiving end on Smackdown shows, though always wins at PPV's. Other stuff Drew and Dashing Cody Rhodes tagteam is over after Bigshow vs Kofi. Anyways my favorite Diva's allured me again on their costume tag team. Kelly Kelly's panty shot with her cameltoe focused on the camera was the best! Seems the diva matches are kinda returning back old school, but probably just these few ones.
Other news RAW. Cena won Barret chooses the special referee against Randy Orton for the rematch clause. It's Cena who won due to Barrett disqualification on Orton. The speculation is, If Barrett wins then Cena is off Nexus group, but if Barret loses Cena is fired.

After SmackDown aired, I was again, lost in thought over the Divas division.
They're the greatest casualty of the PG era, as most never noticed but I did. They're having 5-minute matches, skits, quick promos and valet work. Heck, last Monday night Gail Kim was in a match she didn't even wrestle in.
Not that they're not entertaining. If they can't entertain at least, Vince will be so pissed.
There are no more intriguing Divas matches, say Trish vs Lita (SS 2004) and save for a few Divas I can count with my fingers, none of them are real wrestling material. Proof - there's NXT's Kaitlyn, who worked as a fitness model before coming to WWE, no wrestling background whatsoever.
So where did the PG come in? Think about it - family time, you got your kids in the living room watching Raw, then suddenly the kid sees two women punching each other and giving each other suplexes and flying elbows and enzuiguris and jiggling boobs (hello Katy Perry and her bouncing Elmos). I think most parents would like to shield their children from watching it even if it was a five-star match. Sad but mostly going to be true.
But storytelling would have to compensate for what PG may take from the match. I think Lay-Cool is doing a good job at still making the Divas division relevant in the absence, of say, a Beth Phoenix. Lay-Cool is getting in nice promos, and cross-brand promotion also helps. They're still visible, but one can clearly see it's halfway in the water.
How I miss the days when Divas can whack each other with steel chairs. But it's PG, so we have to roll with the flow. And they're still beautiful, so there.

watched raw...and for once it actually was good. pee wee herman showing up and absoulutly embarassing the miz and alex riley was pretty funny, and the skits with mr. mcmahon in the hospital with freddie prinze jr. was hilarious(fyi vince for president!). The Daniel Bryant match agains ted dibiase was pretty good...The Tag Match Nexus vs. The New Hart Foundation, that one actually disappointed me i figured the Harts would win out on that.
but on to a more serious note...is anyone else tired of Michael Cole being the lap jockey of this so called "GM" and basically bending over backwards everytime the miz is in the ring and also insulting Daniel Bryant(Brian Danielson) every chance he gets along with the internet community? or is that just me because this guy has become the biggest cock sucker i've ever seen...no wonder he keeps his job.

Yeah but I just don't see him as a heel announcer. I keep getting reminded of that time he got raped by Heidenreich.
