Viennese Schnitzel, everyone probably knows it, yet nobody of you people really knows it, it takes me a five minute walk to taste the original. Om nom nom deliciousness.
We're also very famous for the Sacher cake. Looking at it is enough to cause you hyperglycemia, I'm loving this stuff.
Tick, tock, tick, tock...

In the Philippines, my fave traditional food is called "Pinapaitan Kambing", accordingly translated to English as "bittered goat". It's an Ilocano recipe usually made with goat meat, goat innards, a few slices of beef meat, spices, and green enzymes from the goat's small intestines.I was just about to post the exact same thing. (if I may ask, are you Ilocano?)
Anyway, aside from that, I like "kalderetang baka" (beef stew) and "sinigang na baboy" (pork in sour broth) but I prefer it "hot-and-spicy" with the help of "sili" (chili pepper) also with lots of "gabi" (taro) and "okra". Before I forget, "dinuguan" (pork blood stew) is also one of my favorites. "Tortang talong na may halong giniling" (eggplant w/ ground pork omelet) is also in my list.
I pretty much eat just about anything. :D
As for drinks... water is more than good enough for me. I'm not so good with intoxicating/alcoholic beverages.
I just so suddenly felt hungry...

The Taiwanese sausage, aka xiang chang. Unlike the regular Chinese sausage, it contains sugars and the occasional seasoning, creating a fragrant aroma and a sweet taste that goes well with the emulsified pork and fat:

It's so delicious, it's not even funny.

Ayam Gepuk (maybe) similar with Ayam Penyet .
A fried chicken and pressed,so the bone is crushed and easy to eat .

Don't think that will be easy to eat...I mean, you'll get those bone pieces in your mouth, and that's annoying.

So the bone is really crushed to smithereens that you just can't notice them anymore...that would mean the flesh will be crushed too right? Now we lost the chewy taste...
