I've had many terrifying dreams, even one night terror.
One of my scarier dreams was based during the WW2 holocaust and my grandmother and I were jews that luckily escaped the country in time somehow. We still knew that eventually the nazi's would probably find us and we'd get killed or something, but it was better than it happening right away.
anyway, we practiced drills and what we would do if the Nazi's were to invade the country and come to our house.
One day they did come, and someone tipped them off and they broke in. I was told to hide in a suitcase in a crawlspace under a set of stairs. I was not to make a noise until I was let out or I knew they were gone. I heard shots and screams from my grandmother being killed and the man we were living with. When they left I tried to get out but I was stuck.
fast forward a few decades and I was found mummified in the suitcase.
Knowing that some of it was a little far fetched, especially the mummification at the end, but the whole 'hiding from the nazi's' bit was kind of really terrifying. living in constant fear you could be found and killed at any moment, scary shit man.
I most certainly didn't pee the bed though, kinda proud.
When I woke up I definitely reconsidered how the jews may have felt during that period as well. definitely terrifying. I couldn't imagine what i'd do if it ever happening to me.

My worst dreams have been a dream within a dream.
I would have a simple dream that would turn into a nightmare to which I would try to wake myself up. After waking up, I feel like everything is normal again.... But something would be off or I would realize that I was still dreaming. I would then try to wake myself up from a reoccurring nightmare. I would then feel like I finally woke up.... Sometimes I would and sometimes it would still be a nightmare. I've had this dream within a dream happen as many as 7 times until I am finally and truly awake (I am thankful I don't get them too often).
The nightmares would be pretty horrific and sometimes it takes me an hour or two to orient myself to reality (I would fear I was still dreaming).

The worst one I've ever had is a dream that happened recently, usually I have chronic nightmares that terrify me but this one had to be the worst. Mostly it was simple and boring: I was on a plane with my parents and we were coming in for a landing but something went wrong with the brakes and it couldn't stop. The pilot tried to pull up but it crashes into the nearest building. I woke up straight after sweating and gasping for air, definitely the scariest thing I've ever experienced in a dream mainly because I had absolutely no control; I couldn't even stand up or scream. It doesn't help I'm going on holiday abroad this year...

Sleep Paralysis
I was half awake, lying in my bed and I couldn't move and then I saw someone slowly coming closer to me and I forced my body to wake up. I woke up and I just stared at the ceiling for half a hour thinking if its real or not.

In my dream, I woke up to my 6 year old cousin's nagging. He kept trying to make me take him to the toilet as it was VERY dark in the house as it was 3:00 AM and the power was off. There was an eerie laughing noise that did not sound human in the living room, and as I knew we were the only people at home, I thought my cousin must have left the TV on, so I went out to the living room to check. There was nobody there at all; the laughter was now coming from a different location in the house and therefore I hurriedly took my cousin to the bathroom. As we stepped into the bathroom, the door automatically locked itself and my cousin told me to turn around as he did not want me to see him pissing. As soon as I turned around, footsteps started to resound in the hallway. They came nearer and nearer until they stopped right outside the bathroom. My COUSIN asked from the OUTSIDE: 'What are you doing in there alone I thought you were gonna take me with you.'
I turned around: A Kayako Saeki (from Ju-on the Grudge) like ghost was reaching towards me with her mouth dripping with blood, making haunting croaking noises with each step, and all that happened in slo-mo, increasing the scariness. I screamed and woke up.
I was scared to the point of tears on my pillow, and even after I woke up I couldn't really move from the fear of it all. According to my mother I was groaning and whimpering until I finally woke up with a scream. The worst part of it all was that when I closed my eyes I could still vividly see that ghost reaching towards me. Didn't get a lick of sleep that night.
Horror dreams are definitely something that no one enjoys (unless you into that sorta thing I guess). This one definitely is up there.
Whenever I have a terrifying dream, its usually my own fault, because I go to sleep (lol) thinking about horror and then it manifests. But usually, I just take control and the horror is gone. It almost makes me miss it.
But my most horrifying dream before I learned how to lucid dream 24/7, was that I went to sleep and woke up again almost immediately. Confused, I walked outside to a grisly scene, where my family and friends had been slaughtered and pinned to the wall of my house, their jaws ripped past their limits and their entrails dripping from their bodies. I vomited multiple times and screamed in fear, but it was what came next that woke me up in a drenching sweat.
The phone rang and when I answered it, the voice on the other end said that he and I were the last two on Earth and every human being had been killed in a manner of his choosing. He then offered me a choice to join him or die, before hanging up and leaving me alone. I then lost consciousness in the dream..
..to wake up to excructiating pain as I was pinned to the wall via two spears jabbed through my wrists. Before me was a man, his eye sockets hollow and his face mostly rotted away. His jaw was opening and closing and he moved slowly towards me, his empty eyes staring into mine. Before I knew it, he grabbed my face with bony fingers and stared at me, whispering "You will only die when I allow it.", before his steel jaws tore into my arm. I was screaming the entire time, as he slowly and methodically ate my entire body, all the while with me screaming for him to please kill me. Then, his jaws aimed for my eyes and in an act of desperation, I ripped my arm from the wall, took the spear and gouged my neck out, which somehow killed me and woke me up, screaming in pain, clutching my eyes and sweating a storm.
Rest assured, I lucid dreamed it all back up and got some sweet revenge in that one...

Mine was simple. I attended a friend's wedding and suddenly everyone just started screaming and writhing in pain before dropping dead... and I couldn't leave the chapel. I was just there trying to wake people up and figure out what happened...
Nothing really became scarier. it was still a nice day outside, and there wasn't any blood or gore... Just a bunch of corpses of my friends and family who apparently suffered a sudden and painful death... I was frantic, I pretty much lost my mind wanting to go with them
I was alone, I couldn't get out, I couldn't get help, I just left to mourn and I suppose die slowly as a sad insane little person if there really was no way out of there, but I woke up.
no urine in my bed... just me really upset and wanting to go hug everyone and tell them I love them

I think this dream happened when I was 7 or 8. I was dreaming that I were on a cruise ship, everyone was partying and sipping bubbly when a bomb exploded somewhere below the ship. Everyone started to panic and the water came rushing in, I tried looking for my mom but then another explosion happened. I went out of the deck and saw a lot of wounded, confused people. As a last resort, I jumped off the rail and was engulfed by a huge wave. Aaaand I did pee the bed that morning. I felt like when I was swimming in my dream, I was already soaked with pee. So, it was kinda scary and funny at the same time.

We'll scratch what I said up there. Last night I had a terrible nightmare.
It wasn't even about me I don't think. There were these fairies, and one was red, one was blue. They awoke in a dark land with black floors and grey sky's with rather bright lighting, I'm calling it limbo. They had no idea how they got there, and there was this pulsing black shadow on their chests. They try to move to each other to say hi and hug as though they know each other but can't. Their bodies are already broken with no visible wounds. It was likely the shadow thingy causing them pain
Then this solid black figure with color changing eyes possesses one of them to beat the other mercilessly. This happens for both the red and blue fairies. And with their bodies even more broken (with all kinds of cuts and bruises and limbs bending the wrong way), they desperately try to crawl and cling to each other, screaming in pain at cringe worthy volume. They pleaded not to be separated, so the shadow guy summons a nail and pins the fairy couple to the ground, straight through their hearts. He kept pounding it in until they were almost entirely crushed. The shadow then leaves speaking of finding some new toys.
Somehow the fairies were still alive. I blame the shadow stuff on their chests but I don't know for certain. But then darkness came over them and their minds began to warp. Their memories were being lost or ccurrupt end and it drove them insane, and they were just left to lay there. Bodies mangled to be bloody and almost unrecognizable and their minds corrupted, twisted, and warped to see who knows what.
I woke up wanting to throw up from both disgust and my stomach virus, so I did. I don't like gore. I'm kinda squeamish about that stuff, so what scared me more is that somewhere in my head I must have come up with that scenario to have dreamt about it and remember plenty in such detail.

One dream that scared me a lot didn't involve ghosts, monsters, at all.
It was a false awakening + sleep paralysis combo.
The start of the dream was the false awakening.
I thought I woke up. It was morning so I got up from bed and was walking toward the door when I'm suddenly pulled back into my bed by an invisible force.
I struggled to get up for god knows how long but that invisible forced pinned me down. I only woke up after howling a long terrified scream-- I don't even know if I was screaming for real or just in the dream.
a)How scared you were?
Absolutely scared. A sleep paralysis scenario usually starts with you already lying down and unable to move (with optional succubus or alien abduction), but when you THINK you're already awake and walking around then something formless and unseen yanks you back to bed, I think it's normal to lose your shit immediately.
c) Did ya pee the bed?
No.
d)How you felt after you woke up?
Damp with cold sweat, and too damned scared to even lie down for the next half-hour or so. It was around 3am, I was still tired and needed rest but the fear wouldn't let me fall asleep.

One time, I dreamt that my house was suddenly in black-and-white and that I was all alone. I walked into my kitchen, and I found an open casket sitting on the table. I just started screaming, walking circles around the table and stabbing the corpse within with a wooden spoon.
I think I was more confused than scared, but I was certainly scarred - scarred for life.

My most horrifying dream was when I dreamed I was an older adult like late 30s. The scenario was something out of Silent Hill, and it covered the entirety of New York State, and the worst part was there was nothing to fight with, and to make it worse every person I ever knew was in on it and were praising the end of the world. I was then killed by a scream your head off monster, and I woke up covered in sweat. tears in my eyes, and a bruise mark from moving when I woke up from terror.

I've never been scared more in waking life or the dreaming one.
The dream was about a black metal box chained to the four trees in the forest. That's it. I just appeared there as a part of my dream and it instilled the purest fear I have ever felt in me.
After I woke up, my first thoughts were: "Why the hell would you fear a black chained box?". Then again, it was probably a manifestation of fear in a form that I am not used to. I love many things horror, so I am not afraid of a lot of conventional horror stuff like blood and gore, shadows and screams and the like.
I haven't peed in my bed :) I don't think any dream made me pee in my bed.

I took a nap in my apt's living room couch and I woke up stuck in my own body--I felt a terrifying sensation like i'm about to get killed, and this shadow that looked like a dementor from harry potter or like a more scarier looking nocturne [league of legends character] made it's way from the basement towards me-- it had a particular dreadful shadow and it creeped nearer and nearer, i could only see it from its shadow because I couldn't move--I told myself in exasperation, "get up! get the fuck up! get up!" and after a couple seconds I found the strength to move and turn to see my maker, and as soon as I did he lunged at me like nocturne's ult and I closed my eyes to brace myself. I opened my eyes and nothing was there.

Most horrifying dream...
I never really been scared or really had a horrifying experience in a dream. The only thing that can be is a thought what happens in one of my parents pass away and the hardships that accumulates, but that is more sad than horrifying.
