Favorite RPG games

But really, Lost Odyssey, it's the best RPG I've ever played. Xbox 360, go get it now. It's the only game that makes me shed manly tears when I think about it.

In no specific order I'll list some of my favorites.

Ok, I know I would fail if I tried to list any RPG's, so I won't, but I have a question.

Anyone know of a RPG style that wasn't too into the game, yet has a high concept of fantasy. Been looking for a game like that, but been coming up short.

Star Ocean: The Second Story (NOT the PSP remake) is my favorite game of all time, and I find that it's horribly underrated for some reason. The first Suikoden was so much fun to play and I loved it to bits until my brother sat on it and broke it. And out of the Final Fantasy series, which I love, IX is by far the best, in my opinion (also underrated...why is that?! Is it the orange jumpsuit?!).

I also need to get on Eternal Sonata, but from what I've played, I'm quite certain it would be on this list.

I hated that game. can't grind. pretends to be open world, but some areas are clearly meant to come later. totaly biased to the "good" road. very short. [edit]i beat it in one day.i maixxed this up with SW battlefront, KotOR took three.

1st place: Chrono Trigger for the SNES
2nd place: Seiken Densetsu 3
3rd place: undecided between Terranigma and FF6

I'll have to say my favorite game is Super Robot Taisen for the GBA and PS2.

I think it'd be pretty obvious which is my favorite. But I'll list my top picks regardless.
