The banned game! Thanks for uploading! For anyone that doesn't understand what I'm saying Japan is starting to crack down on eroge, especially rape. To be on the safe side, norn stopped from shipping to the U.S. and maybe Japan. Only digital copies are still being sold of this game.

"Nekomimi" stands for "cat ears" (Correct me if I am wrong).
Basically it's just one of the different forms of anthropomorphism (characters with animalistic traits.
