Well like 99% of GirlCelly's uploads aren't translated, so honestly it's a bit funny to see people still asking if a game is english or not. Then again new users wouldn't exactly know that but still.

logically, it's more effective and efficient to say "this game is english" if it's translated, rather than tagging ALLL the non english ones with "this is not english".
