1) you have to be 18 to use a credit or debit card in the PS store(unless you lie about your age)
and
2)you have to read and agree to a contract before you subscribe to the playstation network.being that most people dont read the contract and just agree to it,later they tend to fuck up and try to sue only to feel stupid in the end and face the facts that they are noobs who dont read their user's agreement

A) sony is a huge corp. that has many badass lawers.
B) even if the kid did it, the parents were responable for supervising the minors use of the credit card.

also, there's a max of either 150 or 250 you can have in your account at any given time, can't remember which it is though.

Something like this already happened with Xbox live. This guy had his credit information saved to his console, and his dog likes to chew on the 360 controller. Somehow while the guy was out or sleeping. The dog by chewing on the controller turned the system on, and proceeded to buy $62.50 (5,000) worth of Microsoft points.
