Age of Empires.

I only played Age of Empires 1 though... Yeah i think i can with your likings about the game... The building and overpowering troops, Yeah nothing more great than crushing an empire with your superb ability... Now that's what you call super!!!

Indeed, Age of Empires is probably one of the best series of games out there. While I myself prefer the second one, all three games has their own level of epicness.

I love all three of Age Of Empires.. It's definitely one of my three the best Games..

I played all 3 and Mythology, though I only played 2 and 3 online. I always liked AoE's emphasis on economy and managing resources rather than warcraft or starcraft where you are constantly clicking to activate/deactivate a whole bunch of special abilities.

I generally found that wonders weren't really a big deal in online games. Games rarely lasted long enough for them to matter or were one-sided enough for someone to drop that many resources into a building that does nothing except start a victory countdown.

Downloaded AOE3 yesterday. I don't even bother with the campiagn, I skirmish the motherfucker. I also appreciate them letting me create my own levels. The gameplay gets repetitive fast, but meh, I somehow manage to be entertained.

I think the "Factory" is the best building out there. Industrial Age -> Factory -> Winrar

I've yet to play AoE3 tbh, think im gonna download and try it out.

Too bad that AOE3 only has the best graphics but the most boring gameplay in the series D= If the Japanese wasn't so awesome it might even had been a flop.

I actually enjoyed AoE2 more then AoE3, especially if you compare the campaigns.

The Conquerors is still the best RTS game ever made. Nothing will ever come close to that greatness. Best expansion ever made too.

Adored 1 and 2, my favourite multiplayer RTS's. The only thing that always annoyed me was the unit limit, but then I guess that was part of the charm, if not the overarching strategy.

AoE 2 was my favorite.

I've never heard of that cheat code, but I'm going to assume it gives you a nuke.

You know what I want? modern day ports of AoE1 and 2. Windowed mode, color fix for W7, better LAN support with no desyncs and better hamachi support, better resolutions.

No, better, you get a trooper who shoots nukes.

VroomVroom also(if my memory serves me right), gives you a really fast car that shoots nukes.

I thought it was 'BigDaddy' that was the cheat code to give you the car.
A word of warning tho monks can convert them to the computer's team I had it happen once not good when half your forces get wiped out :p

Oh boy i really sucked at this game... Lol... i always played the Goths in AoE2 because of how fast they build their damn infantry once you fully upgrade their shit. I just max all my infantry upgrades and build a barracks right up close to their base and mass everything, i was a huge newb.

Damn, so glad I have the asian dynasties expansion. Japanese rule. Daimyo are fucking badass.

Is that for AoE3? is the campaign any fun?
