Hmmmm very tought choice.Yes you get to play Angel Beats as a VN but if the story sux then its just wrong.If that will happen then I will just think its a sex oriented game and just fap at Angel and Yuri XD(given if its 18+)if not I'll try it nonetheless(can't judge w/o playing).

To be honest, if it's not 18+, you're probably barking up the wrong opinion tree. The idea at hand you've managed to "procure" would most likely work better as some kind of dating sim but may still leave older; and I assure you that the majority of whatever audience is playing this game would be older, individuals pissed off and wanting more. As I'm sure you've already seen multiple times over, this works great for creating a sequel and you can probably fill that with some 18+ plus material that will satisfy the fans.
The real problem you would have is that intellectual property in Japan is solely copyrighted by the original author, which in this case I imagine is Jun Maeda. So unless you wanted to be hounded after by lawyers if you put your name anywhere on the material you've produced I'd stray from the idea. If you don't copyright the material that will basically lead to a few rip-offs that may include 18+ material or improve on your idea which would in turn end up making the rip-off more popular.
Then again it could turn out to be a VN of epic proportions and you may just win a few buyouts in Japan.
To answer your actual question: No, I would not.

Angel Beats, A Third View
A third view is based around a character called Inochi Ushina who isn’t in the SSS, the character plays the role as someone who sees the Angel Beats! story from a third person perspective. Unlike everyone else he isn’t one to believe in God, and has †˜regretted something’ he would never forgive himself for in his past life. The story basically goes through the whole Angel Beats! main story line in the background etc, as he tries to live his life like normal in that world.
Story is less towards open paths and more into trying to discover what happens to the main characters around him during all of the events that took place in Angel Beats!, multiple choices leads to him either getting involved with the SSS or not bothering to do anything at all.
This project’s visual novels will be released in a series of chapters, every month or two one chapter is released and so on.

Might look at it, once I get through with other titles.
Though from visual side, I was expecting something worse, but it seems that they managed to put pictures together well enough.
Then again, those may simply be the best shots.
But yeah, I'd play it, but only when I get through titles that simply interest me more. I honestly wasn't (that) much infected with AngelBeats hype.
