This looks interesting. I haven't played it and probably wont get around to even think about trying it anytime soon...
But from what I can tell, if they maintain a solid structure and work in giving the main characters (not the anon protagonist) more depth than what is shown in the anime, this can actually turn out pretty good.

I'm looking forward to a VN made by Key. That way, I'd get the actual, fully-fleshed out story written by Jun Maeda. What I saw in the anime was just so much wasted potential...

As much as I loved Angel Beats, playing a VN like 'that' might turn me off to the whole thing.
I don't care so much if it's not 18+, Ever17 wasn't 18+ (had a few innuendos in there) but it's still one of my favorite VN's of all time.
Honestly, I'm really not sure. : (
And I kind of agree with most people's general reaction to the Angel Beats Anime.
It had SO MUCH potential, and it was GOOD but it felt too short. IT WAS TOO GOOD FOR ONLY 13 EPISODES...!!!
Hopefully the spin-off/second season will have 26 episodes.

Angel Beats wasn't that good to begin with so i wouldn't really care.Kinda going with this. Jun Maeda kinda took a -5 in my book with angel beats anyways, so even if he was part of it I don't know if it would matter much. The only thing I really liked was the music.
