Aoishiro Massive Mistake

So I... I really, really screwed up.
I was playing Aoishiro and had just finished my first ending, so I was fiddling around with the menu (which I couldn't read) and finding what I had unlocked.
When I went back to the main menu, the background had changed, along with the background music. Since I preferred the more subdued music, I went hunting around in the files for some sort of config that would let me change the background and music.
I found it, but also found something else that chilled the blood in my veins.
In a folder called "pics", I found a bunch of menu screenshots with English translations for the options. At first I thought that it would have been nice to have this earlier, or labeled more accurately.
Then, as I was looking throught them, I found the one titled "spoiler option".
I now know that I unwittingly turned on ALL of the spoiler options, and they can't be turned off.
I was willing to recreate my progress thus far, so I tried deleting the whole folder and re-extracting again, but that didn't fix the problem: it saves my progress somewhere else, and I don't know where.
Can anyone help? I tried looking in my Program Files(x86) folder, but there's nothing pertaining to Success or Aoishiro there.
