I have done the greatest thing ever...and Ryu was with me and witnessed the awesomeness....I call it...Jihad Quad... 5 c-4 packs and ram for a tank and bail at the last second and detonate it. I got a Multi kill with this score

once art vandelay managed to get a helicopter completely horizontal mashing against a cargo container, it wasnt even damaging the helicopter, it just stayed there

Love flying the helo. My only gripe is that my survivability depends on my gunner. If he sucks then no amount of fancy maneuver is going to save my ass. Now working on my medic/engineer class.

You can't compare the games. One is a slow tactical shooter while the other one is face pace. Also take vehicles into account and the huge maps on battlefield. I will say that game is awesome and you should pick it up

If those games are identical then all i can say is, in Bad Company you have to think *at least a little* before you do something, while in MW you just *Up and go kill everything mindlessly*. Personally i prefer Bad Company due to more complex gameplay. Things like: destroying enemy helicopter by sniping its pilot, Destroying a house and killing everyone inside, planting AT mines everywhere and feel tank whores raging when i suddenly get exp, those things arouse me more than just killing normal infantry with classic ways.

Too true. Both game cater to my needs when I play games in general. I love the fast paced action of modern warfare 2. I love the tactical things in BFBC 2. You can become very creative in taking out folks in BFBC2 .

I hate mines even the best tankers miss them when they're placed in ditches, luckly you can blow them up :D
Personally I like killing a tank solo with the RPG gives you the satisfaction that you beat two idiots in a tin can with a tube.

The game has some absolutely amazing physics! I sniped a guy from over a mile away with a x12 scope and had to aim a good inch above their head due to gravity pull down on the bullet. Took a few shots to get right but when I got him, I was impressed with the engine.

Here is my rant:
Maps
There are about 10 maps. They aren't too bad and it's a nice refreshing change from close quarters combat from MW2. The problem is, the game usually treats you to about 5 of them. Probability means jack. Not only that, the maps' tactical layout usually don't differ much from one another.
Shooting & Damage
I don't know where it first originated from, but most of you who have played MW2 know about the hits indicator that appears whenever you hit a target. In this game, it only works about half the time, if that. And that's when it feels generous (Mostly happened with snipes). If it's not feeling up to being the game it was designed to be, you might be unloading a whole clip of LMG on a stationary target without the game registering that you're even hitting the target. This game eats your bullets for fucking breakfast, lunch and dinner. So bring a lot of ammo.
Additionally, the game either isn't letting the enemy damage you too or the game just hates to notify you that you're getting damaged, because I could have someone shooting at me for quite a while, and the damage indicator doesn't tell me jack shit 'til I'm near death. Have fun being buttfucked without ever knowing you've been penetrated.
Sniping
I was actually looking forward to sniping, as I like sniping in MW2 and a friend (Xel) said sniping is quite overpowered in this game. When I first jumped in as a sniper, and brought up the scope, there was no sway which gave me an even bigger incentive to agree with Xel's comment. Until I came across my first enemy. I soon realized the only 1 shot 1 kill I was going to get was with a headshot. That's fair, but the sniper rifle was a painfully slow as fuck reloading bolt action rifle. We've got a sniper rifle that can blow apart tree trunks (I must say the game does have a cool destructive environment), but I cannot get 1 hit 1 kills unless headshotting a person, with an extremely slow reload rate. I realize skill is the first and foremost factor in sniping in any game, but the rate of the reload was ridiculous. If I was having a bout with two snipers, I would be fucked regardless of my skill. "Why not run, or go prone?" you ask? Well, running might work if there aren't other snipers around, but going prone? You can't go prone in this game, which brings me to the next part.
No Prone

The game devs excuse was that they wanted to reduce campers which is bullshit since the best killstreak I've gotten were from camping. Complete bullshittery.
Nube Tube
Don't even bother. The shit coming out at the end of the barrel isn't a grenade, it's a giant piece of shit that's aged a year since there is absolutely no splash damage. Probably a last minute addition that people could have done without. Should have used the time to implement a fucking prone system.
Vehicles
The thing for sure I thought was going to be good in this game. Wrong. If playing Rush (the preferred mode in this game for most people), usually the Attackers are the only ones with vehicles. Meaning, if you're on the defending side, you're fucked as the vehicles can tank impossible amounts of anti air shit you throw at it. So watch your K/D ratio go down to hell as you get mowed down over, and over again as the enemy spawn camps you in the air.
Well that's the end of my rant. Hopefully, I have saved a few handful who have bothered to read this rant in buying this horrible game.

Have you ever wondered why weapons stats have *Accuracy* ? Well guess what, if you shoot the enemy from a close enough distance, you will get the results you want.
And besides, you might wanna try using burst, not holding the button until the gun is empty.You don't notice when you get shot? Simple answer : Lag. because that kind of thing never happened to me on PS3.
Sniping
I've seen what's the meaning of *sniping* in MW1 a.k.a. i'd be better off with a machine gun, it's the same after all.You just don't need to frustrate yourself with breathing.
In here on the other hand, sniping is a unique stuff. Something that's made like it should be made. Try to raise that rifle while it weights somewhere between 1-10kg and change the magazine in like 3 sec, i would like to see you try that. And besides if you choose *Hardcore* mode you don't really need to aim for the head anymore.
No Prone
That indeed sux....maybe, i dunno, i always run around *as a medic engineer and assault* i don't have time to prone lol.
Nube Tube
I'm not sure what that means but by your explanation i can guess that it's the secondary fire on Assaulters weapons. Well they are hard to control *at least for me it takes alot of time to properly target it where i want it to hit* but the damage is decent enough.
Vehicles
Ever heard of an *Engineer* class? Well guess what they can use these things called...Rocket Launchers. And not just that, i myself prefer Anti-tank Mines, they seem to be more effective *2 mines destroy hardest tank with the driver having tank armor up skill in no time*. If you are so afraid to defend an M-Com against vehicles, then Engineer is a class for you.
That's about all i wanted to say.. Oh and you might wanna see this.
By the way, just finished leveling up every class. Now i can finally enjoy changing classes when my heart desires while not worrying about missing on some exp.

I never had to waste an entire mag on the enemy. Just be patient and aim (aim high if he is really far away). There is bullet travel time in this game. Lead your target, burst fire and you will be fine. If he is close up, unload and you usually get your desired results.
Sniping
Bolt action reloads are slow period. Unless you're using a semi automatic sniper. They're not meant to spam and shoot around. Plus I prefer this kind of shooting. No idea why there is no sway but there has never been sway in the battlefield games to my knowledge. Specially for snipers.
NoobTube
All I can say about that is to aim with the grenade launcher. You almost need to hit them dead on to kill them unless you got the explosive mark spec.
Prone
I don't mind not having prone. You never say stationary for a prolong period of time. Cause I swear if a sniper was on a hillside overlooking the area. Regardless whether he is proning or crouching that MF is going to get spotted and lighted up.

Engineer class bro. All you need is a decent vantage point and unload them rpgs on them. Run down? Are you standing still in the road waiting to get mowed down? Use anti tank mines if you prefer them over the launchers and watch hilarity ensue. I never had a problem with vehicles since my friend and I use rpgs and watch tanks just blow up left and right. Have C4? Stick it on them and blow em up. YOu have no idea how blindsided some people are? Tanks not moving yet there is an enemy in it? Mortars will take out most stationary tank users (there are a ton)

Yes, burst firing is not new to me, but notice that I mentioned that it was an LMG meaning longer sustained fire means better accuracy (Wierd ass game mechanic in BF games). Also, it was at quite a close range. Also, note that I mentioned a stationary target. Leading a target had nothing to do with it.

Never played MW1, so I wouldn't know, but I guess they fixed the issue properly in MW2 because the balance is quite good.

I do realize that bolt action sniper rifles should be slow on reloads, and that it's more realistic. But what I'm arguing is gameplay mechanics. I'm arguing that they did a horrible job at balancing the classes. Just my opinion I guess.

It's not about control, it's about the splash damage. If the grenade in this game has a good splash damage, I expect a grenade launcher's grenade to do at least be close to the splash damage induced by the normal grenade.

Yes, I do realize there is an engineer class, which is only good for vehicles. I don't think I want to bother with a class that only specializes in vehicles therefore I don't get the missile launcher that takes 100 million points to unlock that actually homes in on its targets.
I noticed that both of you skirted around the main problem I mentioned which are air targets. Quite hard to take down with any other launchers besides the homing ones and impossible to do with anti-tank mines.
