So I tried to play Discipline, but eventually lost interest as (a) the game seemed to be far more Fem Dom then I'm really interested in, and (b) I'm not a huge fan of bathroom stuff.
So I figure if there's anywhere outside of 4chan where someone might have an idea if there's a bdsm oriented VN that's NOT Discipline.
Things I'm looking for:
a) Power exchange, i.e. domination/submission, or master/slave. Pref. male dom/fem sub.
b) Bondage, esp. rope bondage
c) Sadomasochism, such as whips, canes, etc.
Requirements:
a) NO piss/scat. Seriously, ew.
b) NO tentacles. Tentacle H has it's place, but I think I've filled my quota for the year. Maybe next year too.

Slave Maker, which should be in the User Uploads section. Bondage isn't a focus per say, but it's a well-developed option. All the stuff you listed under Bonus Points is also present to one degree or another. There's tentacles too but they can be turned off in the options menu.

...actually, looking back over your post I just realized you specifically said Visual Novels, which Slave Maker isn't. Give it a try anyways, it's fun and addicting.
