Oh, you must mean: "Which Final Fantasy game is the best out of the series?"

the OP did mention don't mind his grammar....
i can't say which one is the best though, they had their specific 'best', but overall it is FF VII ( i dont say this because of its popularity, heck the first FF i play was IX and i thought it was already the best)

Final Fantasy X has the best Combat style, and voiced characters.
Final Fantasy 12 for its great story, and gameplay, despite it being boring at times.
I kept picking up FF7 on my PSP but dropping it since I have other games to play, never enough time to play it. But I hated the fact it doesn't have a AUTO-RUN, Controls piss me off sometimes... Friendly Fire BS bro...

final fantasy 9 is by far my favorite. I just don't like "emo" characters and there is an abundance of them in final fantasy games...but not really in 9. for example: cloud, squall, cecil. Also Zidane has the coolest weapon for a main character.

I really enjoyed Tactics Advance, the game was portable, had a decent storyline, great character designs and a polished battle system. I've only re-played it a few times but that's more than I can say for the rest of the Final Fantasy series so it's going to take my top spot for now. I haven't played VI yet but I will eventually.

Final Fantasy 7 was an alright game. Interesting story, some cool/sexy characters, a simple Materia/equipment screen and it was generally easy to level up in that game. The only part of that whole game I DIDN'T like, was when you had to go through Cloud's story in his past with Sephiroth. For the first time, it's pretty interesting, but after that it becomes dull and really annoying. My god, how I wished for a skip button.
Final Fantasy 8. PHEW! I know I'm gonna get some Reps taken off for this, but I honestly couldn' even FINISH this game. The first thing that set me off from it was the strange magic system, which forced you to stand around and DRAW magic from certain enemies until you got 100 of'em, (Which usually took around ten minutes for one or two spells depending on your luck) which then, would be used to buff up one of your characters stats, Such as: Speed, Strength, Health, Etc. Etc.
Doing it this way, meant you needed to use as little magic as possible if you wanted your characters to fight at their Max potential. Not to mention, by using magic to toughen up your characters, the creators decided to chuck out all of the equipments, except for weaponry, which could only be upgraded with certain items that could only be collected and used until the end of disc 1 or around disc 2.
Then -as if things weren't hard enough to understand- You also had to deal with the LEVELING system. . . Yes, even the LEVELING system in this game was against you. Instead of following the old rules of "bigger levels mean an easier time." now the monsters would grow in strength that would still challenge the player, as if they never even grew at all!
Then there were the characters. Boy, oh, boy. None of them really appealed to me. Squall had problems, Rinoa had bigger problems ( relationship and Sorceress wise), Zell was the tough and mentally challenged fighter, Selphie was an air head, Irvine was a "ladies man" and Quistis couldn't stop hitting on Squall.
Seriously, it was all just full of annoying things that I'm sure more hardcore gamers and fans would love, but for me, I just didn't like it.
But I WILL admit, that the GF'S were proably the coolest thing in the game.
However, the one game that captures my heart against the others, would no dobut, be Final Fantasy 9.
It had (mostly) Likeable characters, equipment, summonings (Eidolons), simple magic, and a NORMAL leveling system. Freya and Armrant weren't my top favorites, since they hardly or never had much to contribute to the group story wise.
But other characters like "Quina" made me laugh at their silly gimmicks and attitudes, while my poor heart was wrenched out by the sight of Vivi trying to discover if he was human or some kinda weapon used to kill things.
Zidane and Garnet (Dagger) were kinda predictable, but oddly likeable with their constant flirting and arguements. Honestly, they both kinda reminded me of Jasmine and Aladdin from the disney movie.
Then, there was everyones favorite RUSTY, Captain of the Pluto Knights, Steiner! The hard hitting, rule stickler of the gang, who almost always had something to say when it came to the main character.
The story was the same old, save the world from destruction, but at least the story had a way of pulling me inside, and actually made me care about the characters whenever they hit the hard times ( Like the cut scene where Garnet watche's her own mother destroy Lindblum with her Eidolon.)
The only real disappointment I had with this game was Kuja. Who was proably the least threatening villain in the entire Final Fantasy franchise. Not to mention that Fucking UNGODLY AND UNSKIPPABLE Mini-game called, "Let's steal the key hanging from the Hedgehog Pie's cage, which is currently LOCKED INSIDE THE CAGE, BUT CIDS TOO CHICKEN SHIT TO ACTUALLY DO A GODDAMN THING WITHOUT ME FOAMING AT THE MOUTH AS THE TIMER RUNS OUT AND KILLS EVERYONE!!!"
Disc 3. . .If I didn't need you, I would enjoy smashing you so much, and then burning the remains in a pit of lava.
But seriously, other than these two facts. I consider it one of my favorites.
Sorry for any spelling errors, but I'm too lazy to recheck every little thing on here. . .Plus my scroller keeps jumping up and down the more I print and nothing seems to fix it.
Wierd much. . .?

Final Fantasy 9.
Zidane was an awesome protagonist to play. Not too emo like Cloud or Squall, not overwhelmingly annoying like Tidus. Plus, he was paired with Kuja, one of my favorite antagonists.
