What is a title/menu screen that just got you PUMPED to play the game and never put it down?.
Example/My Choice
Title screen
Menu screen
It can be either a menu song or a title theme, does not matter...just do whatever you want...I've been thinkin' about you,
and I just want you to know...I love yo- I want you to post.

Tales of Vesperia opening
This is the only game where I wait for the intro to finish before starting the game.

Best Title screen in my opinion has to go this game, which I platinumed earlier this year in its HD Collection:
The fact that you can mess around the colors, speed, background images of it by simply pressing random buttons make it even cooler for a custom title screen.
And the best menu song has to go out to this creepy, yet subtle piece for a game I recently platinumed in HD just last week.
It's just too creepy, yet sets the incoming pace for the fight ahead. Up to this day, I can never get over how much times I left the game on the Mission Start screen just to listen to the chanting.
