Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Gonna buy it on Wednesday. I'm not playing in a clan and am just looking for a nice evening of fragging every now and then... so the removal of dedicated servers isn't such a big lost for me.

Games out. But still waiting on the cracked version.

I cant wait to play this.

The first one was pretty good, couldn't set the controller down til I beat it.

Think about it, IW is basically living up to the quintessential good business Modus Operandi, save costs on the development and servers, charge slightly more, and thus make a overall larger profit. That's called capitalism.

The second link is just the first Modern Warfare. The problem right now is that the game was just released, so a cracked version is not up yet. Give a few days, someone will crack it.

Can't wait to play this. But I won't get it till Thursday. Hopefully it's not completely sold out.

SO far everyone I know playing has said only a few words, most being "Awesome". THey pretty much havent been talking at all so it must be good if they arent talking at all lol

Weird, my gf just borrowed COD: MW2 from block buster and I didn't even ask her to. Looks like I'll be playing this for a week.

So got my prestigious edition and it freaking rocks. I have only played the first 4 missions but the game is awesome. if MW1 was scored 75 out of 100 then this game in my opinon would be 110 out of 100. ( if your wondering i have a 360 ) Anyway this is a must have game it rocks. and truthfully I say Get the prestigious. yeah it's $150 ( in the U.S. ) but the NVG you get with it are so worth it. I have only tried them in the day so far cause i did not go to midnight release, but they seem like they could easily cost anywhere from $300 to $500 maybe more. So with this since I have only tried them during the day. Once i try them tonight (which should be dark enough for that in about 5 hours at most ) I will come and edit this with my true opinon on the NVG.

Got home from work and it was nicely waiting in my mailbox :D

Started it up and immidiatly started to play on Veteran. Definitly a lot easier then World at war and no freaking Grenade spams.

Shawn and I have played a lot of co-op games to get the feel of it. Had a great time gaming. played a few rounds on-line as well and kept getting my ass kicked :p

Just beat MW2.....

Wow, this shows that you are truly a dumbass. Real military issue NVG's cost well over $8000 USD. These NVG's are just a whole bunch of IR LEDs + IR CMOS sensors and a LCD display dressed up like a PVS-7... I am not sure whether to laugh or to despair at people joining the "It's a NVG, I must get it!!!111" bandwagon, because these are really just toys. LOL
Would've cost them $30 to make.

@ Gameon: IF there is one thing I can't stand it is people making assumptions on what other people say. So first thing: " I never said they were anywhere near military grade NVG." All I am saying is they are better then the toy one's you can get from a toy store for like $100. Second, you may be right they may just be a bunch of IR led and stuff, but almost all NVG Are like that some just have added stuff to make them work better. Third for the capabilites that these NVG can do. The fact that someone had to make assemble them and all that fun stuff. If I had to guess they would cost at least $200, but would more than likly cost more than that. So for the quality of NVG that they are, If you are wanting a "OKAY" pair of NVG and MW2 then get prestigious. That is the mian reason I got prestigious is cause I wanted MW2 and I have always wanted a okay pair of NVG for the past 5 years. And GameOn if you have not actually used a pair of the NVG you get with MW2, then why don't you just SHUT THE FUCK UP! and let people who have actually used them talk about there disadvatages and advantages
