Pretty sure he is dead, Soaps is in charge now and you're officer that talks to you through the game as you play a new guy named Roach.

Well I'm disappointed at the dive taken toward the retarded (ex: sideways glock 18 fully automatic on snowmobile actually working)
But then again I like realism over this stuff. I'll probably get it because its pretty and I'll be the only bastard on my friends list still playing Operation FLashPoint if I don't

That AC-130 looks a little overpowered. They have to show how to shoot it down, if you can even shoot it down.
And i agree with jericho, if your going to shoot a glock w/ full auto sideways, don't expect to hit your target.

AC-130 seems way over powered. over powered like the machine gun on the helecopter? No, but still pretty OP'd.
I know MW2 will impress me eragardless. I loved how I could use a pistol, and hit a sniper in MW, Because the bullets flew straight. In WaW I found the bullets kinda... went where ever the ehll they wanted. ambushing and flanking ment so little in that game. I loved lying in wait on the boat level of MW, with my night vision goggles on and a silenced weapon. The level of stealth and the option to use it made my day!
W@W has no stealth at all XD its all about the running into the enemy's scopes and trying to find cover (and there wasn't much) If they add vehicles to the levels on MW2 I might cry. All Vehicles should be NPC controled to prevent a certain level of ... Predict and conquer?

Well the helicopter wasn't op because 2 seconds of turret fire would take it down. It was actually futile to call one in on some levels because it'd immediately get shot down. And if you didn't go around with a bunch of idiots, your team could take it out fairly fast (so long as you had a LMG and not idiots trying to shoot it down with RPGS)
Vehicles would be pointless though, seeing how all modern warfare vechilces are invunerable to standard fire. You'd have to put javelins on the maps, because 1000s grenades won't blow up a tank, and RPGs might just damage the treads, thats it.
It isn't halo with spartan lasers so...

I don't think the AC-130 will make much of a difference. Guy takes out a Dragon and Shazam, done.
Plus in more cramped levels it'd just be useless and as long as it doesn't orbit the map that long it'll just kinda gimp out...like my helicopters in MW1
"Hooray, a helo!" *Press button and watch helicopter fly around shooting at buildings.* -_-
One thing I hope they fix is the strange thing where if you get hit while sighting an M-14 your aim bounces like a damn trampoline and with say an Mp5 it isn't even noticeable.
One thing I hope they DON'T add is a high-cap system. People need to learn the precision of fire is more important than volume of fire. I don't want kids running around with a magazine that looks exactly the same as mine, but magically holds 15 more rounds.

I think it's less fully automatic and more that guy has an insane trigger finger. The AC130 looks like it would be fun, and I like the idea of customizable kill streaks.

Either way, a gun discharging rounds that quickly would have the accuracy degrade. On the contrary to ho IW thinks, pistols cannot fire as fast as you can pull the trigger (see Desert Eagle)
And if I'm wrong and its a Glock 17, it would probably backfire and become a nice German-made hand grenade

I hated Helis because everyone would compete to call theirs in and if you die you can't get UAV or Airstrike and still left with goddamn Heli. Then next you know you end up getting 3 helis in a row and havent gotten any in and calling a heli cancels all 3 and is counted as 1. I think Infinity Ward is picturing Multiplayer to have a higher average kills than Cock a Doody 4, considering that 7 streak was simple and now they are adding in 11 streaks. Possibly there are more reward streaks even higher. I can imagine normal games having the top score be like 300 considering 100 is possible already. Personally have done it already, 167 kills to 34 deaths. (My fav. game eva, besides the time I got the Invincible glitch and was able to knife everyone in the game while being immortal.) The Gunner may seem overpowered right now but I can't wait to see the rest of the streaks to see any that can top it.

How did you ge 167 kills? what game were you playing, cause if it wasn't ground war then the game should of ended because that is more then enough kills.
And I think they are increasing the kill streak to 7 and 11 because of the fact that after reaching 3, you got uav. Sit there, see two guys on your radar and kill em. Now you have air strike, call that in and you can get a helicopter. I've done this alot of times, so I think they want the perks harder to get.
And if everyone is calling in a heli to the point you can't call in your own, you need to shoot down the enemies. If your team is calling in all the helis, who cares? you should be winning if everyone on your team is doing that good.

Besides, I think its a whole lot more fulfilling to crank out the kills yourself. There's a nice feeling after a game when you have 27 kills and the guy above you has 30 when he calls in 3 choppers and you hold all yours.

PC version = having a f*ckload of players on screen. 50 was the amount I was in but there are 64 as well. It was deathmatch creek up to 5000 points, I believe.
